Recently went to Shoeteria For a new pair of Timberlands
First Problem: 9/14/19 With my purchase at the establishment was the terrible quality of the Display shoe they attempted to sell me which was in very poor condition & was no where near consumer satisfaction (Stains, Ridges in the Suede from wear, Creases, etc.) also the sales rep. “Gustavo” who assisted in the sale of the product recommended l purchase the shoe in its poor condition & to just give it a nice cleaning after my purchase but, l demanded another pair l can try on, examine to my satisfaction, etc. but, sadly he stated, ”This is the only shoe we have in stock at the moment & we seem to be out of spare sizes of this item”.
So, l begin to explain to him that for the price of the pair of shoes ($200) available being in this poor condition it isn’t worth any of my money & explained to him that l & nobody in the world would be dumb enough to purchase a high demanded pair of shoes like Jordans & be perfectly fine with paying such a high retail price for a poor conditioned shoe proven to not be taken care of by the employees & their lack of awareness & conscience for their product on sale.
Continued l demanded that the rep. (Gustavo) phones one of their neighboring establishments to check their shelves & look to see if they have my wanted item in stock and thankfully one had just what l wanted. Sadly instead of already offering to pay for their mistakes & insist on shipping the item to my house themselves they recommended l comeback another day to pick up the shoes after they have arrived at the establishment where the sale had occurred & l demanded that l was not about to do that & to rather just have it shipped to my house where l persuaded them into realizing that me returning for my shoes wouldn’t happen.
2nd Problem: 9/17/19 After just had been visited by the neighborhood post man l finally get to see my brand new shoes hoping their 10x better than the display product as they were but, now we have a new problem that l can’t get over with. Following just opening the bag the pair of shoes were shipped in seems to be in even worse condition than the previous shoes had been in. It has seriously noticeable problems to it & its very sickening to have to deal with a problem with this establishment & their product one after another. Though l know its just a shoe box & who cares its cardboard at the end of the day but, being a shoe head who likes to keep the original packaging for obvious reasons would much rather have a well conditioned, & consumer satisfied box at the end of the day doesn’t want to go grab the shoes when necessary & ask himself/herself how long is this box gonna hold up man ?!?!
All i’m asking is the establishment takes better care of their consumers at the end of the day & appreciate the business brought upon them daily & to realize without consumers there isn’t an establishment & without an establishment their isn’t any employees & without them their isn’t any business available so please get with the program & fix your damn...
Read moreI do not like to give bad reviews but the lack of product knowledge and basic customer service was really bad. It was like prying teeth to get answers on the phone about a postal uniform my wife needed. Left us on hold and forgot about us. We called back and eventually got an answer so we took the drive. The store is nice and many great products, but customer service was a joke. Both girls, Mia and another girl there didn't seem to enthusiastic with their job. There was maybe 3 other customers there, and us. While my wife tried on postal uniforms I wanted to try on some boots but they only bring out one boot at a time. I asked for the other boot and they told me to take the right one off and they would bring me the left. I asked why... they replied " for their safety and because they were super busy". I looked around the store and said you have three other customers, this isn't super busy. If I'm going to spend 175.00 on boots I want to try them both at the same time. Never have I just been told one at a time in any store. Then the girl asked if I want them or not and I said yes if i can try both on. They said no. "Only one at a time. Store policy." Everytime my wife asked about sizes and brands the girls were just like " in not sure, or I dont know.," during this time a young guy came in and tried on some work boots. He beg and pleaded with the young girl and she took him towards the back area where the stock room is and let him try both boots on. I guess I was too old with grey hair to suit her fancy. We checked out with only one pair of shorts for my wife. She would have bought more uniforms, and I would have purchased easily over $200 in merchandise but decided to pass. I hope the owner reads this and works with his employees to be better. We would have been...
Read moreStarted off amazing saw great clearance sales for shoes, should have known it was to good to be true. They leave 1 pair in the box and at check out they put the “other” pair in the box, of course i trusted it was the matching set & SURPRISE it wasn’t. The second shoe was a whole different color went back 2 minutes later after I had realized in the car and they pulled so many excuses instead of apologizing!!
First excuse from what this store calls a “Manager”……it’s the same shoes it’s just faded
second excuse oh well converse makes them like this** made in different country’s on tag
, than when the manager knew she was lying through her teeth she said well that’s why there 9.99 !!!! So you’re selling 2 separate shoes but because they’re 9.99 I’m supposed to take them ?!? Than offers to exchange them because she won’t give me a refund than makes a smart remark saying “ to double check them because it was an exception she was making” Never admitting to the error. no where does it say buy shoes for 9.99 and hey btw it’s 2 different shoes you’re buying!!! Never going back first and last time . Soo disappointed & appalled that a local shoe store would do this and gets away with it with no remorse for people’s time and hard earned money . The manager has been there soo long she forgot how to care about her customers who she needs to rely on to keep...
