Burger Basket — Restaurant in Norwalk

I definitely would not recommend this place. Went there to have lunch with a few friends, we chose to eat outside because I had my dog with me. Even if I had wanted to eat inside the owner would not allow my service animal in the restaurant which is a violation of state and federal laws. The outdoor area was filthy. I don't think the tables have been cleaned in years the customer service was terrible I went into the bathroom to get paper towels soap and hot water to wipe off the tables myself. I had my friend order a grilled cheese sandwich combo for me before I arrived and saw the condition of the restaurant. Needless to say I did not feel comfortable eating the food after arriving and seeing the conditions and cleanliness of the restaurant. My dog laid under the table while my friends ate their meals. When we got up to leave her stomach paws and the bottom of her legs where black from all the dirt on the tile in the outside seating area. The cost of the kids grilled cheese sandwich combo was $5.99 plus tax it consisted of two slices of white bread one slice of American cheese one order of what looked to be over cooked fries or oil from the fryer that had been used way too long and a small drink. I also purchased a cup of coffee for my friend's dad $2.89 the cup was extremely small and he said the coffee was very bitter. I usually can find something positive in every review I've done but this one I've racked my brain to find anything positive about the experience here and I cannot think of anything positive to say. I highly recommend to the owner if you are going to have an outdoor eating area it should be kept clean. I'm surprised the health department would allow...

First time passing by, I drove my car from Firestone all the way to then end where I had to turn right or left. Had to turn back, but we were hungry, so we stopped at the first place we saw.so we stopped by Burger Basker. the cashier lady was friendly, she got our order and only saw her and the cooker. They were making the order fast, took like 8mins to get our order. I will say for what we paid total $24 for 2 drinks horchata, 1 jr.burnger with a side of fries and combo #1 , it was enough to fill me up lol they gave us alot of fries :) as you can see in the picture but I will say this the fries weren't that crunchy a bit at the soft side , if they would of let it in the fryer for 2 mins more the fries would of been good :) the burger didn't has that much flavor, but like I said only 1 cook and 1 cashier. He was cooking all the over by himself and had to move a bit quick , respect 🙏. So I will try it again if I ever pass by that area again. Some people will or will not like it so it's up to you...

Well, I am staying at the Hilton. This was the closest place to eat. I don’t have a car with me as I’m visiting and I need to Uber in the morning for work purposes… I saw the place was gonna close on the hour, but I was gonna arrive there 25 minutes prior to the hour.. Figured I could order something real quick cause I haven’t eaten yet and I will walk home so I don’t keep them up.. The boy with the long hair said I’m sorry that was the last customer we were going to serve today. We’re closing soon… If I own this place, I would definitely get rid of any of my staff that aren’t willing to Serve a customer prior to closing… After all, isn’t that what the service industry is supposed to be about??? I had walked for 15 to 20 minutes to get there and ended up having to walk all the way back Still hungry!!! I hope the owner of this establishment Doesn’t...
