The restaurant serves the staple pho noodle and Vietnamese cuisine. A consistent menu item that's reliable to comparable pho restaurants.

The differentiators are the Chef Special Pho: Pho Anvi (filet mignon w/ginger), Pho Ap Chao (filet mignon, garlic, cabbage, & tomatoes), and the Pho Duoi Bo (ox tail).

I got the ox tail and it was worth the dining experience. It's not exactly a "Wow!" moment but it was very pleasant. I do recommend keeping your condiments light with this meal, i.e. hot sauce, hoisin sauce, et. al. This bowl of pho is best enjoyed with little to no additions, as I found adding the go-to accoutrements had overpowered this simple yet delicious dish. I would reorder this dish again and look forward to trying the other two Chef's Special.

The location is great, a food court and at the time of this writing, surrounded by other interesting restaurants such as a ramen shop and a poke bowl specialty restaurant--which are framed by the nearby AMC theater and courthouse. Closest parking is at the rear, that encourages patrons a 45 minute grace period.

Inside is a contemporary noodle shop with a great staff and service. The meals do come out quickly.

Good parking. Closer spots get taken fast. Wasn’t that packed today (Sunday) but as the time came closer to 1/1:30pm more people came in. The service was great. Waitress/host was very polite and friendly. Server was kind as well. The food was great. I just feel (everyone’s taste buds are different) it could have had more cabbage and garlic. I got the #27 I believe . Meat was tasty nice and hot. Noodles were the flat (think small fettuccine noodles) I prefer the rice pho noodle(like spaghetti). Flavor was great. Not the best but definitely not the worst! Worth a try. The Thai tea was bomb. The major disappointment for me was the MUSIC! Doesn’t go with the food at all, the weekend and a bunch of love and break up songs. Would be 10000000x better with traditional Vietnamese music! great food. we ordered phở for a cool late morning & sat outside so it was perfect. this is northern vnese style phở (which is just a little salty for my taste) but I appreciate the clear & not overly spiced broth. it's a straight forward & authentically honest bowl of phở. there are fresh spices, good quality beef & super tender meat fall-of-the-bone pork ribs. so good & so satisfying. vnse coffee (café sữa đá) is also right on the money! btw, for those who need it, you can load the soup up with siracchia & have a perfect hangover-buster 😉 you're welcome 😊 service is prompt & friendly - price is decent but not cheap. all in all, a winner for local norwalk & neighboring city. we'll definitely be back & highly recommend pho anvi. we need to keep good businesses around for...
