Nordstrom Rack — Local services in Oklahoma City

I was looking for a wallet and my loving husband saw some wallets and purses in the window while driving by..he was excited more than I was! I think he was tired of taking me shopping. We've never been in a Nordstrom nor ever heard of one. I'm giving it 4 stars for right now because the place was big, fully stocked and had very nice employees..plus most people have great reviews so it MUST be a great store..so after another trip I may have a more accurate review of the place. Unfortunately, we never made it past the tables at the entrance. We knew right away we were in the wrong store for us when little purses, even coin purses were marked $50 and up ON CLEARANCE! Regular prices were over $100 for purses and wallets. We looked back at all the clothes racks and shoppers and was wanting to get on the speakerphone and tell everyone they can get the same or close to the same items waayy cheaper than this!! We hurriedly snuck out the door as quick as we came in laughing all the way to the vehicle for even showing up in such a "high class" store with our street clothes on. After reading the reviews here it looks as though I shouldn't of came to such quick judgement...some posted pictures of good deals they found. Now, I can't wait to go back in to actually go deeper into the store to see if I can find some great deals too. Looks like it's mostly on the clothes and shoes....purses and wallets are way to rich...

I do enjoy Nordstrom Rack and Nordstrom Stores very much , however, I did a fairly large order online and accidently forgot to update my address on the profile and mistake was realized after submitted the order. As soon as I found the mistake I called customer service trying to get it fixed, someone from Philippines picked up the phone, probably an outsourced contact center and the rep was insisting its too late and I have done it hours ago, I tried to explain to it I'm calling from the US and I just bought these items and only been 2 or 3 minutes and he wouldn't understand, he is going by the time in Philippines, I haven't bought anything afterwards, I wish their customer service was in US to better serve customers , not in Philippines, these people don't understand time differences it looks like. When I asked where I'm talking to , rep said he is in CA and I knew he is not and when I asked time in CA he gave me time in Philippines. This is very poor customer service and I didn't order anything...

This store is the worst. The people working there can be pretty rude. The store manager seems to do nothing. I’ve watched her not do anything while the lines grew and then walk away. It’s always a mess in there, no matter what time of week I go but I was told they keep firing people or people keep leaving. The only upside on my recent visit was a manager with gray-ish blonde-ish hair. She helped me for an hour or so to find the right shoes and outfit for me to go on a date. There’s barely any plus sized clothes but she went above and beyond to help finding something that’d fit. I wear size 12 and she did a really good job of finding some shoes that’d work(she said she wore a size 11 so she understood how hard it was to find shoes.) If she’s there it’s honestly worth it to shop but if I don’t see her I usually...
