Can't get customized orders right, Cold cheeses, gluten free buns served still in the sealed pouch didn't bother to make the sandwich with them. They laughed at me when I stated that the cheeses were cold as you can see I ordered an additional slice of Colby and they decided to slap it next to the American cheese both cold. In the second picture you'll see what it's supposed to look like because they laughed at me and they deserve to know what I was complaining about š¤£

I asked a lady who may have been the manager about the order and she pointed down at the other end of the counter and said āpick up is down there Iām running really behind.ā Are you serious? Maybe if the store was more organized you could actually help and provide better customer service. This is the second time Iāve come in this location to pick up an order. The first time I mentioned to one of the employees about my pick up order and he said OK and went back to working. After a while I asked a different employee about it and it had been sitting up on the counter the whole time. I understand this is a new location. But you should have been prepared when you opened. Everyone knows how busy Chick-fil-A gets. The employees seem confused. If that was a manager I encountered this morning I would consider replacing her. I probably wonāt be returning to this location again. I was excited when this location opened because itās closer to where I live. But I will drive out of my way to the location Iāve been going to for better service. Definitely not the Chick-fil-A standard....

I asked if this has come in multiple times and keeps happening why can you not stick up a list of orders for us to refer to know if our order is a false one.
