Sherine was absolutely outstanding as both a person and a salesperson. She was just plain “into it.” It was like shopping with a friend who is as excited about your purchase as you are. She is vastly knowledgeable, very quickly able to focus on my needs, funny and likable. I had walked in there looking for a Casper mattress (which the store didn’t carry) for $999. I left paying for a Temper-Pedic (which I have slept on many times before) for $1,999. It’s a much better mattress and I am really having sleep issues. She advised me to try it and once I did I realized that the difference in price compared to a vacation or a root canal (those are rather different things but I’ve experienced both in the past year) was worth it. Went in with my 88 year old veteran father who is on very limited income and we bought a mattress that I didn't expect a lot from, but was told it was good quality and within budget. I was informed that it would $250 to exchange for the upgraded mattress we had looked at (asked twice about it) which was the price difference between the two mattresses. After one night it was clearly holding a sag that my father knew would get worse over time and we called to return it.

It's $250 JUST TO RETURN the mattress PLUS the price difference between the two mattresses. That's the most insane "policy" I've ever heard of.
