i had one issue with an old lady with short hair that was working at the front desk. it was my third time there, and i only had my foreign id with me, same as the second time i went there, and it was ok, because i was in the system. the third time tho, that lady working there wouldnt let me go in, although i was in the system already, she didnt even check for my name. it made no sense. she said there s no birth date on my id, i tried to show her the numbers that indicate my birth date, and she wouldnt listen to me. i asked her if i couldnt get in with my id, how did i got in last time? she wouldnt let me in, and she said “if you would ve been nicer, i would ve taken it”. i didnt say anything bad or offensive, my tone was calm, she just had some kind of problem with me, but i said nothing and i just walked out, but that wasnt a...

I am upscaling my previous review, because of the amazing customer service here! Previously, I had a bad experience with a pre-roll I bought here. The problem was the way it was rolled. However! The owner responded to my original review in a very professional manner and was receptive to the feedback. That is uncommon these days. So, the owner told me to come in, at my convenience, for a complimentary replacement.

I did that yesterday! I believe Mehgan helped me. She was beyond gracious when I explained I came in for a replacement. She definitely hooked me up, when I described what I like! 😅 I already tried the product—and it was amazing.

Everyone was wonderful from check in, to check out. The lady at the door was very informative and and made us feel confident on where everything was, being our first time visiting. They have a great selection and great prices! They are definitely #1 in the region for many, many reasons!
