Rewind Treats - Ice Cream + Boba — Restaurant in Arizona

First off, the gal that helped us was so sweet and helpful she just made the whole experience so delightful! She even gave me a sample of the custard so I could try it before I made my drink choice. Both of my kids got ice cream. I will agree with another reviewer that they kinda skimped out on the sprinkles, it was barely a tsp but everything else was amazing. The ice cream was super creamy. I got a strawberry matcha tea latte with bobas. You can pick your sweetness level and customize it with bobas or toppings or whatever else you like! The bobas are so good, I really liked the drink. I did the recommended 75% sweetness and I don’t think it was too sweet but next time I think I’ll try 50%. I think the total for our order was a little over $20 for 1 single scoop cone, one double scoop cone and my drink. Will definitely...

Note on the stellar customer service: I am a huge boba fan but always go for the same thing because I’m a plain Jane. Well I decided to step outside my comfort zone and get something adventurous.. Needless to say, I am a plain Jane for a reason and my taste buds weren’t stoked on the wild-child flavor I tried. Begrudgingly, I confessed my mistake to the sweet gal who works there, Ella. She was beyond accommodating and understanding to my mistake and exchanged the wild & crazy flavor for my go-to safe bet! I truly appreciated her patience and empathy during my visit to Rewind Treats! I anticipate coming back and a major reason being the awesome...

Had a double ice cream scoop here and it was sooooo good! They serve unique flavors here unlike other places. I had the lavender ice cream - and loved it. That flavor was too floral for my husband. Instead, he liked the thai tea flavored ice cream - the perfect blend of tea and creamy. We also had their tasty drinks. I had the mango black tea which was refreshing! It reminds me of the Olive garden tea. My husband got the matcha strawberry latte and he loved that. It had a little bit of caffeine in from the matcha. The service was great! We had questions about the menu and the employee there was super helpful. They have self order kiosk stations which makes it easy for us to take our time to decide. We would definitely recommend...
