Hello , I stayed at this hotel because my dad was in the hospital in kansas , we’re from texas. So lets get started. DO NOT GET THIS HOTEL 1.DIRTY FLOORS 2.HOT WATER DOESNT WORK 3.The back door doesnt work so anyone can come into the hotel 4.no elevator 5.the manager is a liar and a scammer We called before 1 to request my refund because they had charged me wrong , i asked for a late checkout not for a full night , once i realized they charged me a whole night i called and ask for my refund it was about 1:45pm when i called they said they could not help me , even though it was their mistake and then i go to the hotel and ask again for my refund and they said we can get a refund after 2 , but we had already called before 2. Besides that i didnt raise no issues because i wasnt worried about that , my dad got in a accident in kansas , me , my mom and the kids traveled over there for my dad , of course im not going to be worried if the hot water isnt working or if the floors are dirty.
Anyways furthermore , i would like to include that i did call the front desk a couple times asking about the hot water so for them to say no one was complaining , theyre lying. NOT ONLY THAT but one of our room neighbors also commented to us that their hot water wasnt working and the front desk didnt help.
Now lets continue , i asked the front desk to get housekeeping to clean my room multiple times because i had seen a roach !! Once i realized nobody came in the first day we stayed i decided to tell the front desk again , he reassured me that someone would go in and clean and i went back to my room, that whole day , nobody came in and cleaned , not once did someone come in during our stay. Now i have proof of this and i now the hotel can verify this with the camera footage and not only that but if the audio works you can clearly hear when i ask for late checkout.
Now i want my full refund for everything because the hotel lied to me saying that they provided hospital discounts since my father was in the hospital , i was lied to , i was scammed and i was disrespected by their manager. this was by far the worst experience i have had with a hotel , i also asked to speak to somone higher up than the manager or if he had a number i could call , and he said no that there was nobody above and that he...
Read moreThis is the best hotel I have been at in a long time. It’s clean , comfortable, affordable, accommodating, etc. They are clean, the beds are extremely comfortable the staff including Andy the office manager are all extremely nice and helpful. We initially had a 2nd level room but my mom is handicapped and their elevator is down so they accommodated us to get a 1st floor room no questions or problems. The beds are like sleeping on clouds. They have a lot of pillows that are super comfortable as well. It’s been fully remodeled and is extremely nice. The breakfast in the morning from 6am-9am is delicious. It’s biscuits, sausage, eggs, pancakes, oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, muffins, bagels, cream cheese is available, juices (orange, apples and cranberry) coffee, milk, cereal, bananas, apples, etc. the breakfast room is large but we got food ate and then took food back tot eh room fridge to eat later too. The rooms have nice sized fridge, microwave dresser, desk , phone that actually works, tv where you can sign in to your own accounts like Netflix and Disney+ and also regular DISH channels as well. We were initially just staying 1-2 days but we have turned it into 5+ days as it was so nice and accommodating. It’s a little off the beaten path in park city right off of the interstate about 5 minutes from Wichita but you can still get DoorDash from Wichita no problem it’s right next to an Applebees, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Cracker Barrel, Quik Trip Gas station and a Spangles restaurant as well ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. They also have a heated pool room (pool itself isn’t really heated) which is open from 10am-9pm. Absolutely LOVE my stay here and am so glad we found this place as we will be coming to stay here from here on out. Please make sure you come stay here. You...
Read moreOverall, we gave this hotel a 3-star rating. It served its purpose as a stopover during our road trip from Theodore Roosevelt National Park back to Texas. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hallways were noticeably warm, and unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during our stay, which could be an issue for those with mobility concerns. We also noticed that the exterior side doors didn’t close all the way, which made us a bit uneasy about security. Our room was recently remodeled and felt clean and modern. The blackout curtains worked wonderfully, and the air conditioning kept the room comfortably cool throughout the night—a big plus for a good night’s rest. The bathroom had an odd smell at first, but it dissipated after we aired it out. One minor annoyance was that the hot water cut out briefly while showering, though it only lasted a moment. The biggest downside was the pillows. Unfortunately, several had crusty stains—one even had a brown patch—which made us uncomfortable using them. We ended up using our own pillows for the night. On a positive note, breakfast was enjoyable, and we appreciated the coffee machine that offered both decaf and espresso options. Given the price, we felt the hotel was an okay value for the night, but the issues with cleanliness and maintenance mean we probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again. It was a decent place to stop for the night, but there’s definitely room for...
