I’ve been living in Park City for about five years, and I’ve had recurring issues with the manager and their child for the past couple of years.
The first incident occurred when the store manager’s child was being rude. I reported it to one of the assistant managers or team leads. Later, I reported that the team lead and the managers child had tampered with my drink, which wasn’t the first time I had done so. Unfortunately, that lead is no longer working there, which I believe is unfair because they both were involved in the incident and they both should have been let go.
Fast forward to 2025. Yesterday, I decided to go for breakfast. Sometimes, the manager, their child, are there, and sometimes they aren’t. When I reached the window, the new cashier made a mistake in my order. I didn’t mind because I figured she was new so I just let her know exactly what I wanted and then paid for it. There was no argument or anything.
Before my food arrived, the manager, their child, and the cashier all went to the back of the store. Then, they all came back up with my food. This was unusual because they usually slide the food down the little warmer when it’s ready. However, they all went to the back together, which raised my suspicions. Before I left, I let my dog smell the food, but he didn’t want to eat it.
I didn’t say anything because there was no point. So, I ended up going to the one on Rock Rd in K 96. The staff there was much nicer. They were all happy and friendly when I arrived. They were especially sweet to my dog and asked several Times if he wanted a pup cup. When I got my order, I let him smell the food. He acted as he normally does with food and wanted to eat it.
I’ve been going through this for a long time, and I felt like it was time to say something. I’m not rude to the staff, even when they mess up my food. I still thank them and say please, but I don’t get the same courtesy in return. I wonder how many other people are going through the same...
Read moreEverything from the food to the attitudes of the employees at this location is an all around disappointment. When trying to order our food the drive thru worker kept cutting us off asking if that's all we wanted. After the 3rd time she got rude through the speaker she scared my infant daughter causing her to cry. She then completely ignored us by shutting off her head set. We repeatedly tried to continue to order as i had calmed my daughter down, and she came back on the headset with a horrible attitude saying she couldn't hear. That is not how you speak to your GUESTS, and I am sorry that YOUR attitude caused this because you scared my daughter. I have been a food service worker for 18+ years, it takes 2 seconds to say "ma'am I apologize I'm having trouble hearing you is there anyway we could have you order in lobby so we can ensure your order is correct" but no apparently this location forgot to teach respect the guest in training. Once we FINALLY got our order in our food was just as bad. Just about the only thing right was my daughters grilled cheese. We were charged $4 for 2 onion rings that had been cut into 4 pieces and placed in a very large rectangle box we were also charged for extra fry seasoning and there was literally none on there at all. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the workers name as she wasn't in proper dress code and wouldn't provide her name but her M.O.D. (manager on duty) was Eve. This sadly isn't the first time I've had an experience like this at this exact location. We had been traveling for about 6 hours we were almost home and just wanted some supper. This was NOT the experience we were hoping for but sadly it's expected. Our family personally will no longer be coming to...
Read moreHow does a messed up turkey-bacon ranch with no lettuce become a no lettuce, no bacon, no ranch, DOUBLE cheeseburger? Stopped by some weeks ago & ordered the turkey-bacon ranch with no lettuce. I opened it in front of the manager & there was the lettuce that is shredded and can not be picked off at all so they had to remake it (I am allergic to it). We were carrying out so I just went outside to wait for the remake. My husband came out with the new sandwich and said the manager said "Definatley no lettuce!" So we didn't even check it. Got home to Wichita & open up my turkey-bacon sandwich and bam there was no lettuce- BUT also no turkey, no bacon, no ranch and in place of them was a double pattie burger - weird especially since Spangles uses different checkered colors for different types of sandwiches & the color matched what it was supposed to be. The manager could not help me at all so I had to call the GM in the morning who assured me they were going to mail me a check. Here it is 6 or 7 weeks later & nothing. If they would have stood on their word I would not be writing this. BUT after reading SEVERAL reviews on food poisioning from this place, I know God was just looking out for me because I did not eat their food at all - the fries were cold too - this place is bad if I could give no...
