We were discriminated against and were attempted to be taken advantage of at this motel. To be fair we intend to speak face to face with Jesse and his manager, if Jesse is not the person in charge of this motel, tomorrow because we were not physically present at this encounter. Although we did try to speak to Jesse over the phone as we were made aware of the situation, he proceeded to talk over us and did not allow us any room in the conversation. This evening, I booked a room here through Priceline. I picked this hotel on the Express option, and when I did, there was not a specific option to select a certain bed type. If there would've be an option, I would've chosen a room with double beds. My assumption was that a single or double bed selection was done upon check in, as is the case in all my past bookings. The two gentlemen for whom I'd booked the room attempted to check in and requested a double bed room at the front desk. The Manager, Jesse, insisted on an additional charge or payment. He was not kind or polite. At this point, the motel already received or was guaranteed their payment agreement from Priceline. I'm certain this hotel had various types of rooms available as it was by no means at capacity. Customer service was definitely not their priority. These two young men/customers were treated poorly during this encounter. They just needed a room to rest and relax after a long day of hard work. We want to publicly express how disheartening the behavior was at this...

Read moreOmg, what a nightmare!!!! I reserved a queen non-smoking room and was put in a queen smoking room. Same story as many others stated in their reviews-he kept saying it was a non smoking room, but as soon as you open the door to that wing of hotel it reeks of cigs!! Once in the room the bedding, curtains and furniture reek of old smoke!! I called customer service after he refused to move me to a non smoking room, and got the run around for over an hour there as well, as he kept telling them it was a non smoking room, which was a boldfaced lie!!!!!! He said he would move me but then I would have to pay more because it was a king bed omg!!!! I said that I did not make the mistake- I properly made the reservation for a non smoking room and I shouldn't have to pay more for their mistake. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, from both the hotel and Wyndham. I RARELY have ever said anything even remotely bad about a place, but this was just such a complete lie from the guy and such poor customer service from Wyndham that I felt I had to say something! Steer clear of this property!! It used to be decent for a cheap hotel, but no...
