I got off work late changed and was starving and realized it was almost 10 and googled subway and it was 5 minutes away, so I called to see if they just wanted to go ahead and get my order ready so it would speed the process up so I didnt delay the closing of the store, the guy answers and heard me fine on the phone when said you are open until 10 and says yeah but I've already put most everything away, understandable so said do you still have meatballs out and he says yes I tell him that I'm 3 minutes away putting me there at 9:51 and suddenly he cannot hear or understand me I could hear him perfectly fine anyways, I walk in said hello sorry to get here so late, and looked at me with the most disgusted look, and did not say a word, so I said hey I'm easy just want a footlong meatball sub Italian plain no veggies easy order then he tells me I already put the meatballs up and I said you said 3 minutes ago you had not, I said you have no meatballs yes physically we do but not here I said real quick would you mind getting the meatballs he said with disgust as he acted like a two year old putting on his plastic gloves he was acting like a little kid so I ask for the mgrs name and said I'm going somewhere else, as I'm driving back by the subway after going somewhere else at 10 PM I see a truck in the drive thru getting a sandwich.i get it after a long day I'm ready to go home to but, and said as soon as Walked in sorry to come so late. But there is no reason for this employee to so blatantly put out and rude to a customer, it might be a great subway i just moved here and it was the closest to me, but I promise I'll drive to the one that's 3 miles further from my house, because that is not the type of place I'll do...
Read moreIF you go on a day with "newer" employees don't expect anything! Our last 3 visits have been miserable experiences. The girl with dreads and the brown haired girl with caked on make up... Where do I begin?! If they aren't chatting in the lobby with friends/boyfriends on the clock, you are in luck! You might get a sandwich within 20 minutes. The door chimes upon entrance, don't expect them to 'greet you' for 5 minutes. EVEN if they are in the lobby and make see you. (the last 2 times we were 'greeted' with a "what do you want" no hi, hey, not even a smile) These two act like the customer is a problem. The girl with dreadlocks rang me up 2 footlongs when I had 1. No other customers there at (7pm btw) When I said, 13 sounds high for 1 sandwich. I was treated with SO much attitude. I know I have turned around every time I see those two "employees" since. Hopefully they don't plan on customer service being a part of their careers. Pathetic service. Taco Bell, Wendy's, QuickTrip, Spangles. On the same block (Applebee's and cracker barrel as well) KFC, McDonald's, Sonic and Pizza Hut all within 4 blocks. There are TWO other subways within 5 miles. Read moreTried the new order online promo they were offering so you just go in and pick up your sandwiches with no wait. Well I got there at the correct time and went through the drive through window. Waited 10 min before they even came to the window. then they said oh we will get those made up for you real quick. They went over and slapped something together and brought them to the window. When I got home they were not even close to what we ordered. the Italian sub only had a few slices of salami and cheese but they dumped a bunch of marinara on it. the other was a chicken, bacon sub with veggies and there was no meat at all. I called back to the store and they said they would make them again but I've had it with subway. the last several times I have gone in there the quality has really come down. The manager has been out of town and you can tell. this store is a prime location off of a highway but I don't look for them to be open very much longer with the quality and service...
