I went to this location to buy a new headlight for my work truck. I went to the counter and waited for the woman to finish the paperwork she was working on. Clearly she was annoyed that she had to help but asked what I needed. I told her I need a new headlight for a Chevy express van she asked what model I told her I’m not sure(that mad her even more mad) I told to punch in 3500 because they should be the same. Then she ask if it was the bright light or the low beam, I told her it’s all in 1 enclosed bulb. This got her even more mad. This went on with a few more questions and ever answer I gave her made her even more mad. I’d had my fill with her and left went down the street bought 2 new headlights without any problems. This woman clearly hates her job and customers. I will never be back. If anyone from corporate actually reads this remember that a chain is only as good as the weakest link. Read moreMy first experience with the Manager Shannon at this location was worse than terrible. She was being intentionally difficult asking questions using only one word. I figured it was just an individual with a bad day. This next time I dealt with her was infuriating to say the least. She tried to refuse my, wrong radiator, return I just made an hour prior. When the Store Manager, Marvin, came he tried to tell me the same thing. It wasn't until after I told him I was going to ask corporate office why their store doesn't have enough money to operate. He then threw several stacks of $1 dollar bills across the counter with an attitude. I left Autozone with an over abundance of single dollar bills. Read moreI went in to get a color matching pen for my Jeep. The man working up front asked me 3 times if I was going okay or needed any help. I asked him if he thought the pen I picked out would be sufficient and he told me honestly his thoughts which made me decide against my purchase instead of lying to me just to make a sale. Regardless of him losing a sale that day, that man won my respect and I will be coming back for every auto need I have to that store specifically just because of his genuine help and how he actually cared. The other man working was also very helpful in giving me advice. I wish I would’ve gotten both of their names for this review.
