I stayed at the Sleep Inn back in March for a funeral nearby, which was a great stay, it was my first time staying at this type of hotel. The customer service was excellent and I left with a great impression. I realized I left a Ming Wang jacket that was gifted to me by my deceased mother ( I was attending her sister's Funeral), which I thought was appropriate to wear to the funeral given the circumstances. I called and talked to Christopher the General Manager of the hotel, 4 days after I left, he found the jacket described it to me, took my address and credit card and said he would ship by week's end. Last week, I finally got him on the phone as he was at the desk, he said it was shipped, and I asked if he could get me details, he said he would call me back and I am still waiting. It has now been 8 weeks, I have called twice a week, and left messages, with no return calls. Teresa front desk agent has assured me he has gotten the messages. I am quite frustrated as there has been no resolution or sense of ownership from the hotel's General Manager Christopher.
@ Christopher - please call me, you have my number. Thank you. I told Teresa if I didn't hear back, I would go to social, see if you would respond. Still awaiting my jacket to be shipped. If its not true, call me to...
Read moreMy family had to find a place fast the night that our house burned down over a month ago. My dad and son went to the hotel first, and Lisa Mcginnis attended them when they showed up. She then got the staff all together and got us food they got out of their own supply in case my son wanted Mac and cheese or some fruit. They proceeded to help us every night with anything we might need, from fresh towels Elizabeth helped get us some milk after breakfast hours and Queen made sure our little dog was comfortable with us. The head housekeeper, Avelina along with all the housekeepers, (Imelda, Laura, Lupe and Edna) when my son wanted help with some waffles and when they always stopped by our rooms to pick up linens and change our sheets regularly throughout our month long stay and even helped us with watching our pup while we went to church. I'm so grateful to the Manager, Christopher who always checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and what we needed and Teresa as well who made sure my son didn't spill his milk and kept our family company. We are so grateful to you guys at the Sleep Inn, from the Ezquiaga family we love you!!...
Read moreWe stayed there May 2025. In a handicap room. It had accommodations for wheelchair, which we didn't need. Basically, we couldn't do stairs and wanted a room on the first floor. I didn't make or hear the reservation conversation. Anyway, I took a shower Sunday morning and despite all the rails and pull down chair for a shower, I slipped backwards and fell quick! I must've grabbed the curtains, cuz 3 hoops were off the rod. I hit my left side on the tub and the back of my head. No slip guard on the tub! I can't believe im the only one to have fallen! I didn't ask. I probably tucked my chin as I'm trained in martial arts, because I did not black out or hurt my head too bad. Two weeks later and my side still hurts. I did get it xrayed when I got home. But the front desk did nothing! Just said the manager was gone. And that she gave him my number. The second time I talked to her, I asked if they were going to cover any medical expenses. Again, no manager to make that decision! The pool was so full of chemicals that I didn't go swimming. I'm giving it a 2 because the...
