Bottom line up front: Owners almost did not fulfill reservation booked via travelocity Room had BED BUGS Overpriced for a small and dirty room.

Upon arrival, I notified the woman at the front window (whom I also presume is the owner), that I had a reservation. She looked concerned and looked at her computer for a while. Then she asked my name and looked a while more. Then she asked what company I used and if the rate was 110 a night. I informed her that it was 70 a night. She shook her head and after reluctance they gave me a room. Upon first glance, the comforter had stains and the toilet needed some pumice stone action. That night I woke up around 0100 and my legs, side and arm was stinging. I looked and saw the welts left by bed bugs biting me. I called the front desk and he told me it was too early and that the next day he would cancel my reservation and refund the second day. This was unacceptable because I could not continue to stay in a room and be bitten over and over, as well as risking the chance that bed bugs would crawl into my belongings and spread at home. The owner came in and looked at the bed bugs and my bites and they gave me a different room. There appears to be no bed bugs in that room, but same issue with dirty comforter and calcium build up in the toilet. I received no compensation for the bed bugs even though I can sue, especially if they manage to make it to my home....

If I could give zero stars I so would!! This booking was a complete disaster and not what they show to be on booking.com! Person that assisted me was of Indian decent and made me feel uneasy as was giving mea weird grin. He asked more than three times if I was alone and that no visitors were allowed. I told him I was there with my boyfriend which made us two and that I understood no visitors. He provided the key card and control and continued giving me a creepy grin. The room he provided smelled and the bed sheets had burn marks. I went back to the office and requested new bedsheets or a change of room and he once again proceeded to tell me to make sure no visitors and ask I read the rules because he thinks he has seen me before and my type of work is to bring men!!! I was appalled and asked him why would he think and assume that!? If it weren't for booking.com I would had never gone to their property! Immediately he apologized and provided me with another room next door which was a tat better, but sheets were not clean nor was the room. My boyfriend and I left the same night and went to another hotel. This is the worst experience I have had with a hotel booked...

This place is so tiny that you have absolutely zero privacy and really should change its name because it's a hostel not a motel. The walls are tissue paper thin and you can hear every single syllable of your nasty neighbors uh dialog. The rooms are tiny and NOT clean. ||4 of the rooms literally have doors that are all 4 touching each other. ||There were piles of dirt in the room everywhere like they never heard of a vacuum. ||"Housekeeping" called at 10:03 the second I got out of the shower bc they were obviously listening to see try to rush me out because checkout is at 10:30. Which is I guess late enough because everyone seemed to clear out nice and early but that could be because of all of the cops that frequent this place. It was just cops and shady people. I heard my neighbors headboard pounding all night and every word of their conversation. Yuck. ||It smelled disgusting too. I need another shower now and almost left an hour after checkin. Can't believe this dump cost...
