Fruti Bionicos — Restaurant in Pico Rivera

I went in this morning and ordered a bionico and a pico de gallo, they were delicious and the only reason I rated them with one star was because of the lady's attitude and the fact that it came out to 11.50 and when I paid with a credit card the receipt said 12.62. I'm like well you said it was 11.50 and the lady told me yes but I have to charge you more to use the credit card. At no point she told me in advance neither there was a sign advicing costumer of the extra charge if paying with card. After a little discussion she said she couldn't cancel the transaction so she gave me my money back in cash and I paid only 11.50. Now this might be a regular thing for locals, but I come from 1600 miles away and I'm not used to paying extra to use my card even if it's just for a coffee that costs just over a dollar. If this small business feels the need to make us costumers pay the fee that the banks charge them its OK with me and I will have the option to take my business elsewhere, but at least have the decency to inform the costumer of such transaction beforehand. They also don't have a public restroom wich is essential at a food establishment. I drove here cause I was feeling some tostilocos with my sister. We used to go here when we were small because my mom would go to the photo studio next door. I was greeted with a hello when I opened the door the lady looked like she was fed up , she took my order and I didn't finish telling her what I wanted and she walked away from me . And my sister was right behind me waiting for someone to take her order so while waiting a girl walked in and another lady took that girl's order and my sis felt disappointed cause she was waiting in line.
