Town & Country Motel — Hotel in Piketon

This hotel when i pulled in i was ready to pull right out. Thank goodness i did not. I have paid 179.00 a night for rooms just like the ones ive stayed in at town and country. Not one but two rooms plus bathroom. Did i mention it has a kitchen sink microwave mini fridge w very nice kitchen cabinets as well... Only thing missing is a stove. But again ive paid 179.00 for rooms that had one bed one room no sink except bathroom. Now the beds.. Perfect.. King size in one room i believe full size in other and wooden wardrobe in other room. The bathroom is small but who needs a big bathroom when you have 2 big rooms separated by a door.. Bathroom was small yes, but very nice. In fact the bathroom sink i now want in my home. Lol.. Ive yet to see a hotel/cabin w a tv as big as the tv that is in the one room . however room 2 has no tv so someone could complain about that. But nope not me. Wifi works great.. Several stores, gas stations, family owned restaurants within walking distance.. rooms were very clean and staff were very approachable,helpful, and great all around.. TOWN AND COUNTRY IS BY FAR UNDER RATED.. AND YOU ALL ARE MISSING A GREAT DEAL... NEVER JUDGE A BOOK...

It is located at the south end of Piketon, next to the dollar store, on the west side of the highway. I had a king-sized bed, a full-sized bed in a separate room (unused), and a bathroom with a tub. There was also a small kitchenette with mini-refrigerator and microwave. The room was clean, but in looking closer, the room had been remodeled in a half-done way. Molding around doors had been replaced with whatever they had on hand--using different shapes, widths and colors. Some was too narrow--there was a strip of bare wall between the door jam and where the wallpaper started. ||I must say, the locals do not think much of this motel. I ate supper at a cafe before coming here and several people tried to convince me to try another local motel in "Piketon". I called them, but they had no...

Clean, affordable, spacious, good people, had all the amenity's I needed and more. Probably sleep two couples and their kids in these huge comfy beds. Sofa and nice desk for your laptop/pc with nice office chair. Not sure why their reviews are everywhere. For the money I feel like its perfect. I slept like a baby, nice hot shower, good size mini fridge and t.v. with plenty of channels. Only has a microwave for cooking, but I like that because people can be slobs. lol If I'm ever back in the area, I will happily go back there. Thank you guys. If your heading south, do it early and it looks like the Smokey mountains as you drive thrue. Family owned and operated by great people. I sweet talked them in to making me a dinner plate for 10 bucks. lol worth it ,but its not technically a hotel...
