Absolutely terrible customer service!! I would not trust them in my house because of how they treated us on a customer service level. When hiring someone to clean your house you need to know you're working with somebody honest and decent. Not somebody who will yell at you for something they did wrong! Scheduled a cleaning and they basically canceled on us but tried to make it seem like it was our fault!!! Told us that they would not be able to reschedule us for over a month .Clearly they've never heard of the customers always right! But more importantly horrible customer service. I won't deal with this company instead of being honest and telling us that they scheduled incorrectly or that they were short on help they essentially told us that we need you to confirm our appointment that we had already previously confirmed twice prior. I consider this dishonest and I will not deal with dishonest people..................................................................................................................................................... ................................................................................ In response to the response from the owner: if you think somebody has canceled you probably should contact them before you go ahead and cancel their appointment without talking to them. Let me give you an example of how that works: Sorry we have not heard back from you so we are going to go ahead and cancel your appointment unless you would like us to hold it for you. Secondly perhaps I recommend you go back to English class..... When you text somebody and say we are confirming that we will arrive at the following time categorically that means that you have confirmed! On the flip side if you want your client to confirm you would say the following.... Hello we are reaching out ahead of time could you please confirm that YOU still want the service. From a definition standpoint when you ask somebody to confirm you're asking them that they are confirming but when YOU saID you were confirming that means that you will be arriving, AND YOU'RE CONFIRMING BY TELLING US NO RESPONSE NEEDED!
