Applied for Nurse aide and Stna classes here. They gave me an interview and then the lady said that we can start the hiring paperwork. I did all the paperwork, got a background check and was told my orientation was on the 6th. So i go into orientation and not even an hour in they pull me out of the room to talk to me. They pull me in the office and tell me they would like to revoke their offer and they just dont think Im a good fit. I ask them why and they talk to me in a slow tone like im stupid and say "Its just the paperwork" "Im so sorry" and "These classes are just really hard". Keep in mind I literally QUIT MY JOB JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME IM NOT A GOOD FIT AFTER ALREADY HIRING ME. I applied for the classes because I believe I have the capability to take them, whether they were hard or not. If I didn't think I could handle them then I wouldn't have applied plain and simple. Anyways, I asked them since Im not taking the classes if I at least could still work for them. "Sorry, all our positions are full" Which is a LIE. You cannot keep workers and are literally on hands and knees begging people to work for you. But as soon as you get someone that actually wants to work for you, then you decide that they are basically too dumb and waste their time. Also do not reply with "Im so sorry you feel that way and we are troubled by your review. Please call us" Because I WILL NOT be calling you or doing any further contact with you. Heres a tip for anyone that wants to work for this place. Do not waste your time unless you want to be jobless. Ps. I know you keep deleting my review and thats not going to work because im just going to keep putting it up again. Maybe if you were actually good people then most of your reviews wouldn't be 1 stars. Hope...
Read moreNow that she is finally out of there, I can post this without fear of her being mistreated.
If you have enemies or anyone you REALLY don’t like, I suggest you send them to Pavilion at Piketon! My mom was there for a little over 2 weeks with absolutely the worst care. I witnessed the nurses giving her medication then telling her it was something different, dirty doesn’t even describe how the facility is and they lack basic morals. I sat in her room last week for 1 1/2 hours while her call light was on. No one came. The air vent next to her bed was full of dirt, dust and mold. She couldn’t put her things in the nightstand size dresser because it was broken and nasty. They never changed her sheets, I had to request them and do it myself. They never gave her a shower, offered her one or even tried to assist. The staff is condescending and rude, 90% of the time. They didn’t even have a pulse oximeter that worked properly, to get her stats. Oh and they have a TV sitting on the sink, which I’m pretty sure is a code violation of some sort.
I’ve had 3 meetings with them over their lack of competence in 2 weeks. If you can’t run a facility for people who need cared for, you’re obviously in the wrong business. Anytime I would talk about transferring her, they would either brush it off or treat me as if I’m stupid and don’t know how to conduct the transfer through insurance. Well today, they picked the wrong one.
I’m glad I finally got her moved somewhere, where they will actually care for her. Not just let her die...
