This AT&T store in Quincy, IL is an absolute disgrace. My 75-year-old mother, a Black woman, went in simply trying to get on a senior plan. Instead of helping her, the staff lied to her about the process, bounced her back and forth between phone support and the store, and then when she followed their directions to return, she was met with blatant rudeness and disrespect from both the manager and the service representative.
No elderly customerâlet alone one who has been a loyal AT&T customerâshould ever be treated with such disregard. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy at this location is appalling. They showed zero patience, zero respect, and made what should have been a simple plan change into a humiliating and frustrating ordeal.

Read moreThere are cell phone stores... And then there are the brave souls who run 5201 Broadway in Quincy. They were also incredibly knowledgeable. They've certainly done their homework and know their ropes... except in this case they know cell phones instead of ropes. If you're looking for a phone and you're in Quincy, do yourself a favor and visit my personal favorite AT&T location and tell them that that one guy who was in here a few weeks ago sent. I'm pretty sure they'll know who you're...
Read moreI just left AT&T today and always choose to work with Joey. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He absolutely tries his best to explain things to me so that I can understand them. I donât âspeak technologyâ, but he is very patient and tries multiple ways to help me understand. I went with some friends new to Quincy to try and help them get some phones that they liked and could afford. We must have changed our ideas 50 times but he never was impatient. After almost 3 hours the deal ended up not being possible for them due to unforeseen circumstances. Joey never was impatient and always remained professional. I will always go back to work with him and I highly recommended him! ÂĄMuchas...
