She was helpful in finding discounts for the mattress I purchased, and she found a delivery in the same week. The delivery was equally efficient: I was texted the evening before giving a two hour window in which my mattress would be delivered the next day. I was texted on the day to confirm that delivery would take place, and when the delivery truck was ten minutes away. Two young men rapidly carried the mattress into my building and up two flights of stairs, then removed the wrapping and installed it on the bed. Absolute best experience. The guy was super nice. Even though I’m younger and I really don’t know exactly what I’m doing. Whatever questions I had he answered. Any concerns I had he found a solution. When I expressed I wasn’t sure about credit for financing. Instant solution. Helped me through the process. Was super knowledgeable. My partner is like 6’4 somewhere around there and I’m a hot sleeper so I needed accommodations for that, I also wanted to make sure the bed wasn’t too high for my small dog so he could still get on and off on his own.
