If I could give negative stars, I would have! -5! The walls between rooms are paper thin. Don't let your imagination run amok because it's as bad as you think. We had the unfortunate luck of having a neighbor whose dog barked every time there was a noise or if someone walked down the hallway. Plus, we also had to listen to their TV all night. As an added insult, all of the luggage carts were missing at 9 PM when we checked in. I ran and checked all four floors and no luggage carts were to be found. What kind of hotel doesn't even have luggage carts? Anyways, it gets worse. The AC unit in our room was completely worn out and we sweltered for hours waiting for the room to cool down while the wall unit sputtered like a geriatric career smoker. The toilet still had unflushed leftovers from the prior guests. Surprise! We called the front desk about the issues and she didn't even react! She advised us that the hotel was almost sold out and we would need to pay more for a room with a queen bed when we'd already paid for a room with a king bed. We had a miserable stay and whoever runs or owns this hotel is asleep at the wheel. If you read this far and are still considering to stay here, may you be blessed with a better stay than we did. Next time we're in Houston, we'll definitely be extending our search results because we'd rather drive longer and pay more for a better nights sleep. This place got our money once but it will never again!...

This hotel is about 1 1/2 old !!safety first, we have three rooms due to a family member that had to have some surgery and that area so we needed something close to the hospital, all three rooms had things that were broken unfinished, nails, sticking out of the sheet rock, window blinds wouldn’t go up and down, worst the thermometers on the wall were hanging with wires through sheet rock take a look at my pictures, not to say the staff was very unhappy seemed like they didn’t be there. I wonder why, the Cleaning ladies had an attitude we asked for tissue and extra towels, and they threw them on the floor, but main thing this is about 1 1/12 years hotel, and you have things that are very unsafe with your family or anyone to stay in a hotel that has nails, wires, doors, windows, not up-to-date, we spoke to them they never requested for us to move in a different room or even help us out, many times they didn’t even say they’re sorry, they sent a maintenance man with the hammer. If you could see the picture, ridiculous. this is safety for human beings and themselves for a hotel. every time you walked out the door you have to go downstairs to get a new one even if you walk for one second the doors would lock. They said that they had some technology difficult for four days for...

Worst hotel ever !!! I didn't expect much but this is below garbage level. I booked 5 days stay, 3 days while I was there, no cleaning of my room. On the third day, I got a knocked on the door from housekeeping, I told her to just clean the bathroom since I'm still in the room, she said ok and closed the door and the all time, I thought she was in my bathroom cleaning because I was busy working on the computer. I went to the bathroom to check and she wasn't there and the bathroom was still the same way it was before. Went to the front desk several times and same story the lady at the front desk telling me "they don't speak English " why should that be an excuse for not doing their jobs. BTW, The last time I went to the front desk, I met two other people complaining about the same cleaning. How they don't clean and one of them who just checked in 30mins before said she met the room messy and showed us picture of what was in her bedsheets (nasty looking mess) and this was a new check in. Everyone here deserves to get fired because the front desk lady is also incompetent and has no clue of anything. I've never been so stressed staying anywhere in my life. This place needs a...
