Tonight, sad to say I have to give this particular location a 3 star. Reason being first, it was absolutely freezing in the dining area, we had to ask Management to turn the heat on/ or to please turn it up. Isn't it a given when it's winter outside? 🤔 The manager did oblige and turn the heat up, for which we were thankful. But the poor cashier (inside! Not the drive thru) had her winter coat on! Why would you let it be so cold? That's SO WRONG! Before going on, it makes me sad, because I/WE love Taco Bell. There is no complaints about the food. Our food was fine. But, the young employees are not given incentive (common sense) to how to go that extra mile and actually clean, and I am talking about the little things like the pop machine area! Pop spilled all over, straws and tops in the bottom of dispenser area. That's just pure laziness. Don't stand around chatting, have pride in your workplace and keep it clean. Granted, it is sad that people themselves are so lazy they can't turn around and throw the paper from their straw away, smh. The other sad thing is THERE IS STILL BABY FINGERPRINTS all over the base of the enclosed plastic pictures on the right side of the SOUTH WALL DECOR. Never used the Taco Bell app until getting to the speaker, I had the right coupon for a free fire tier item, which includes the chicken enchilada burrito, when the cashier who's name is on the receipt, with an attitude told me it was not.
First time we've ordered boxes and never got boxes, when we've gotten boxes from this specific location they have always been pristine instead the food was thrown together and as soon as we got to the window we had payment and root beer with an open lid was shoved in our car at us... So you know that's spelled, after that she shoved our bag at us along with the second drink and our change.
👉If you don't want to be in customer service, let the job be open for someone who would do the job right OF JUST BEING...

Ive had everything from old and cold food to bad customer service and everything in between. I have a lot of patience, but tonight takes the cake. Ordered a few things, one of them being the blue raspberry freeze and it tasted like celery. And I mean putrid rotting celery. That wasn’t the only thing that tasted like that because it was alsothe burrito. I called them because obviously Taco Bell should not be tasting as CELERY. The manager acted as if she didn’t believe me and that she was unbothered. Told me “if I wanted it remade to come back and tell the managers name.” Not a refund or an apology for the food tasting like actual garbage. Not to mention getting this food took over 15 minutes to get. Never gave me a receipt that I could formally complain. I hope I don’t get food poisoning from this.
