No food, long wait, and rude staff

My family came to this restaurant, from out of town for a soccer tournament. After about 30 minutes of ordering, their foods came out for my family. I asked the waitress who brought out the foods, what happened to my foods. Apparently, she wasn't aware of what we ordered and asked what I ordered, so she could bring the foods out faster. I told her I ordered a bowl of soup and salad. After waiting another 15min, my foods still didn't come out, yet my family finished their meals. Obvious, I was not a happy camper obviously, came out in front and made a complaint to the hostess. Instead of being apologetic to my situation, she said with a blank face we had many people. It was a small, useful information to know, but I scratched my head on why she thought I would care, especially I was also a customer and was waiting for almost 40minutes, without my foods? Apparently, they forgot about my food.

At the end, after paying the bill, I asked another female waitress if I could speak to the manager. She just told me, both managers were busy inside cooking. 2nd rude, apologetic staff member.

Given that, the foods are about average, the staff are rude, and apologetic, the wait was unacceptable, I highly recommend that visitors to stay from this restaurant. There are quite a few options nearby, besides this terrible restaurant with...

I have visited Unos Pizzeria in Saginaw on several occasions but my experience today did not sit well with me. I dined in with 3 other family members and we were seated in the larger dining area of the restaurant. There was a big party of 20 or more people that came in. I am assuming that the gentleman that approached us at our table was the Manager on duty. He came over to say that there was a huge party coming in and we will be needing this section of tables as well. Although we had already had to go boxes brought out to us, and paying for our bills, we were sitting there talking for a little while. If you knew that a large party was coming in close to the time we were seated, why not seat us in a different area. I did not think that was appropriate customer service to ask for our table as we were already seated before the large party arrived. Corporate will be notified of this also. Not...

I used to love this location, and the management was on top of their game but the last two experiences have been pretty sub par. We come for the pizza and this time the pizza “stuck” to the pan and was delayed an extra 35 mins. It’s always when you plan to make it a quick in and out that something goes awry but this was an hour:45 before the last of our food was delivered. The waitress Karen did what she could but the overall store experience wasn’t good. Dirty plates, had to send a couple back. Then after we ate the first pizza and waited for the second when it arrived it had a hair baked in it. Karen did what she could and comped the pizza I really felt like management should have made a trip to the table but they were absent.
