Texas Roadhouse — Restaurant in Kochville Township

I want to start this off by saying my boyfriend and I eat here often. We love the food and the drinks and we come back a lot because we enjoy it. Today we went in, no wait, were sat immediately. Everything started out fine, we got our drinks, we ordered food, everything came out quickly. Before we started eating I had a family situation and went into the bathroom to make a phone call and get the situation taken care of. When I came back out, my boyfriend had paid and put all of our food in boxes because he had thought we needed to leave, but I had gotten everything taken care of, so I put my food back on my plate to eat. Before I had a chance to eat anything, our server had come back and asked if she could take some plates. We must’ve not been paying attention or busy talking because our server took my FULL plate literally out from underneath my hands without me noticing. When I looked down to start eating I realized she took my plate with my food on it, but she had already gone back to the kitchen and we couldn’t get ahold of her. So my boyfriend got ahold of a different server and they said they would send a manager to the table. Manager comes by after 15-20 minutes and we explain the situation. He was originally going to give us a meal voucher since we had already paid, but I asked if they could just remake the food she had taken and we could take it to-go. Manager agreed and took our name and phone number, and said they would call us when it was ready. We decided to sit in the car since it was getting busier in the restaurant. After 40 minutes went by without hearing anything, my boyfriend went back inside to check on the order. He said multiple employees noticed him waiting but they all ignored him and helped other people. Eventually he got ahold of the same manager from before and asked how much longer on the to-go order. The manager was surprised and said “they never called you?” Apparently the order had been sitting there for a while and nobody called us or checked on it at all. Worst Texas Roadhouse I've ever been to and its not even close. Three times in a row I've had bad experiences. With the most recent trip being the worst of the bunch by A LOT. To start things off, we asked our waitress for a minute to go over the menu, we were given 10. She finally returns and we place our orders. Our salads arrive a few minutes later and not even 45 seconds afterwards, our steaks arrive. One steak is the completely wrong cut of meat from what was ordered and both steaks are missing sauce. When I politely tell the waitress my steak was incorrect, she immediately begins passive aggressively berating me with the worst attitude I've received from a waitress in any restaurant ever. Completely blowing a gasket and blaming me for the mistake while exclaiming that its impossible for her to have made an error. Meanwhile, our beers that were ordered at the same time as the meal, still havent arrived. When they finally do, the waitress, who is still upset, slams the beer down, spilling it all over the table and promtly walks off. Cherry on top? My beer was also incorrect. Im now halfway done with my corrected meal (which is still missing sauce but I couldn't be bothered at this point) before my FIRST correct drink arrives. We decide to wrap things up when guess what? We run into an incorrect bill. They charged me for the incorrect beer that I sent back after one sip. We tell them about it, they then give us a SECOND incorrect bill. Finally a manager sits down with us to correct everything and has almost as much attitude as our waitress. All of this and I'm probably still forgetting a couple of things. It was genuinely an unbelievably terrible experience. On my birthday no less. I cant recommend this Texas Roadhouse to anyone....

I have been to many Texas roadhouses but this by far was the best absolute best experience I ever had. We came in when it was super busy about a 35 to 40 minute wait we got seated we got our bread right away which was great but unfortunately after that we waited approximately 15 minutes until finally the manager came by and asked if we had been served yet and I said no we've been waiting here about 15 minutes and I was dying of thirst. He probably said oh I'm so sorry apologize and then asked if he could give us a complimentary appetizer of our choice. So we picked the cactus blossom. After that it was all uphill from there. We received our drinks momentarily and then a few minutes after that the cactus came to us which was absolutely Divine hot fresh and very tasty. The manager also told us that he was assigning Ricardo as our waiter. We could not have had a better waiter. He apologized to us profusely and attended our table like we were the only ones in the whole restaurant. Then the manager came back after the meal and asked for everything was of course I gave him a five-star review told him he had a wonderful employee with Ricardo and explain to him that this was a special dinner for me because it was my birthday and my husband was treating me to a birthday dinner. When the manager heard that he said oh wow you need a brownie. So he then presented me with a Brownie dessert for my birthday as well and was extremely personable. I know this review is really long but I just had to make sure that everybody knows what a great staff this restaurant has. We drove over an hour to get here and it was well worth the time.
