Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

Second time visiting. First time was amazing and it was extremely packed. This time we got there and there was open seating so we ordered food thinking it would be out quickly. Waited 45 minutes to get food and had to ask a manager where it was to even get it started. Ordered milkshakes to go right when we got our food thinking it would be available by the time we left. WRONG!!!! we waited 40 minutes till I went up to the register and found out our milkshakes were just sitting behind the counter. The worst part is they were now liquid and after asking them to remake because they messed up, I was rudely told either take them or don't it's my choice. I have been to many Chick fil a restaurants and loved every experience, but this one I will NEVER go back to. On top of all this I walked into the bathroom and 2 teenage, maybe 18 yrs old employees were smoking in the stall together. For a new restaurant this place is actually trash. Yum, yum, yum 🤤 For my 1st experience here (celebrating my twin & my birthday), it was a great experience!! First of all, we went inside off a tip from the manager there, which was positive (looked nice, clean, and inviting). Second, our food took less than 20min to come out to us (we were given a table stand and someone brought our food to us), & based on word of mouth from many others, we were expecting a 40-45min wait. Third, our food not only LOOKED like the pictures, which is RARE for a fast food, but it tasted great & fresh (not like it sat under a warmer a while, or looked like it was smash-made). Finally, there was a server who walked the floor asking how our food was & if we needed anything, wow 😃🥳😃🥳 It felt like a blend between a fast-food & a restaurant, & I admit it felt really nice 😊👍 They definitely have lines both in the 2 lane drive-thru, & inside, but it moved at a steady pace, which is great for how busy they are, they do a great job!! I’m so glad they brought CFA to Saginaw! I brought my 4 year old here for her birthday lunch and we were treated so special. The cashier at the front, Kaylee B was so incredibly friendly and sweet to my daughter, she even said she wanted to personally deliver us our food when we were at the table. Her warm smile and kindness made such an impact, my daughter couldn’t stop saying how nice she was and how nice of her it was to give us our food and ask us about our day. Then as we were sitting and eating, another employee( I didn’t get her name but I think she may have been a manager) came by and noticed it was her birthday and she surprised us and gave her a special stuffed cow!! I never could have expected such a fun and special time at CFA for a little birthday lunch, but this was definitely the best birthday lunch! I will definitely be coming back to this location.
