I have been going to this Camp every day for 11 days. I love it! Everyone in the gym from front desk employee to trainers to member is absolutely friendly and nice.The gym is clean! The classes are very challenge but I like them all. ( you can modify each routine to your own with trainerās instruction and build up your strength as time goes on as I do).I already feel stronger after 11 classes. As a marathoner and an older runner , I do need this type of training to help me get stronger , burn my body fat to build muscle so I can run faster!š¬I enjoy classes of different trainer.Even-though, we work in group but the trainer walks around to make sure we get correct form during training. In this camp, you get support from trainer to member. I canāt wait to come to class every day and am looking forward to achieving my goal to have a lean body and to feel stronger .    Read moreThey don't explain the contract right. I didn't know if we didn't make it to 20lbs we don't get our money back. And I asked the camp facilities if we don't lose 20lbs do we just consigue to add a challenge and they said YES but NEVER had the audacity to say "yes you can but you don't get your money back by the way". I've always struggled losing weight and thought this was the right place but it's all a "plan con maña" at the end of it. Want to lose weight I suggest to do it on your own and not waist your $500 here. I've seen results but but doing my own workouts at the track...
