Definitely not worth the price, for 250 a night I would've chosen to stay literally anywhere else but here, the room was so dirty I couldn't believe I was staying at an Embassy Suites, as soon as i looked at the bed there was someones nasty tangled up hair right on the bedspread, rust marks from the bathroom trashcan all over the floor, painting had childrens drawing all over it, the ceiling like something exploded and nobody cleaned it along with the dirty doors! Cmon people you literally have to see the grime to open the door what does it cost to wipe it down? and the rug in the living area good lord the outdoor rug at my home is in better condition than it, and dont even get me started on the noise! I was late to checkout cause I needed just a little more sleep since all night there was the droning hum of electrical boxes right outside my large window which gave a great view of the dingy rooftop by the way, lastly when I tried to catch up on lost sleep in the morning some god awful jackhammering was going on right above me! Videos show the noise, hear it for yourself and save yourself the trouble by going somewhere else. When I checked out, the man at the counter addressed me like I was interrupting him and didn't bother asking how my stay was so I decided to share my experience here in hopes of helping someone save their money rather than wasting it like I did.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Amazing Staff & Great Stay Despite the Rain! Shoutout to the incredible team at Embassy Suites San Antonio! Our family trip turned out wonderful, even though it rained all weekend—thanks to the kindness and hard work of the staff. Miss Josie (Housekeeping) She was so sweet and even helped us decide what to do during our stay! Her warmth made us feel at home. Miss Nicole (Front Desk) So polite and attentive—she checked in often to see if we needed anything. Outstanding service! Breakfast Team: The cooks/chefs in the breakfast area were amazing! Especially the older Hispanic lady who be cooking the pancakes. 💪🏾Delicious food and such hard workers. Y’all are the MVPs! The hotel was kept in fantastic shape, clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We truly appreciate everyone who made our trip special. Thank you, Embassy Suites team—keep up the great work!

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the chef who prepared omelets at breakfast. His culinary skills were exceptional, and the omelets were some of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked and customized to my liking. However, the stay was significantly marred by the elevator situation. Of the three elevators in the building, only one was functional. This not only posed a safety risk but also led to frustrating delays, especially since I was staying on the 8th floor. It’s a serious inconvenience that needs urgent attention.

I realize that you can't please everyone in the hotel industry, but our entire experience here was horrible. I am not one to write reviews, but feel this one is necessary. First, we tried to check in around 2 pm. This is a fairly new, very large hotel. We were told no rooms in the entire place would be ready until 4 pm. Then the unfriendly male hotel attendant who informed us of this gave us room keys to 2 particular rooms and said they would call us when those 2 rooms were ready. This was odd. So we left and came back 2 hours later. at 4:15 pm, our rooms were still not ready. Thank goodness a different clerk was helping us now and she was much friendlier. At least she offered us drink coupons for the bar while we waited. We went to the bar and ordered Crown and 7. They were all out of Crown. So I ordered a bloody mary. The bartender put rum in it instead of vodka. Finally, at 4:45 pm, we were able to go to our rooms. The floors were dirty in both rooms. The rooms themselves were nice and spacious. We ordered room service at 10 pm which arrived quickly. Don't order the calamari. It was terrible. But the garlic Parmesan fries were really good. The next morning we left at 10 am to find our truck had been broken into! The door handle/lock was popped out from the door and my husband's pistol was stolen. The place does have a security guard on a golf cart at night, but not sure where he was when this happened. We reported it to the front desk and they called the police for us. But their behavior upon us telling them was very odd. They did not seem surprised in the least that a car in their guarded parking lot has burglarized. This hotel is in a nice area in SA. So to have our truck broken into at a nice hotel with a security guard was pretty alarming to us. ...

Well, this is my first time visiting this location as a Hilton Honors Member. I remember when this location was first built. It's a popular location for locals and out of towners to visit. This place is a nice 3-star hotel with modern decor and amenities. It's not far from shops such as La Cantera and The Rim. The Wi-Fi is pretty fast, and you can sign up for premium Wi-Fi for only $4.95 a day. The staff are very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions, and they are giving a promotion of free cocktail drinks from 5 pm to 7 pm CST. Most importantly, this location offers free breakfast. The breakfast is not spectacular to me, but others may like it. It's just like any other breakfast as places such as holiday inn. I believe the breakfast that you have to pay for seems more intriguing to me. In my opinion, the breakfast you have to pay for is better because of the effort of the cooks. On the other hand, it depends on the number of staff on hand. During this holiday seasons, hotels are pretty much shorthanded due to covid and other variables that are in play. But the attitudes of the employees that are working, I believe are stellar. Every employee greeted me and wish me happy holidays. After all, I would visit the hotel again in the near future. Maybe, I’ll try swimming in their outdoor pool... if there’s not a lot of kids running around screaming near and in the pool... lol.

Now, on the rooms, its modern and spacious for one’s need. My only complaint about the room is the loud air duct. When it’s on, it makes rattling noise. I was on the 8th floor, but I’m not sure if the issue was happening on other floors and rooms. When I got the room at the right temperature, I was able to easily...

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Near Six Flags – Exceptional Stay!

If you're planning a trip to San Antonio, particularly to visit Six Flags Fiesta Texas, look no further than the Embassy Suites by Hilton! This hotel exceeded every expectation with its top-notch service, pristine cleanliness, and impressive amenities.

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like royalty. The customer service was genuinely outstanding—every question was answered with a smile, and every need was met promptly. It's clear that the team here takes pride in creating an unforgettable guest experience.

The hotel itself is immaculate. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with all the comforts of home and more. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms and common areas was evident everywhere.

The amenities were simply superb. The complimentary made-to-order breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious options to start the day right. In the evenings, the manager's reception with snacks and drinks added a nice touch. The pool and fitness center were well-maintained, and we loved unwinding in the relaxing courtyard area after a long day of exploring.

And the location? Perfect! Being just minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas made our trip seamless. The convenience of having the park so close meant we could come and go with ease.

Overall, the Embassy Suites by Hilton near Six Flags is a standout. Whether you're visiting for the park, business, or just a getaway, this hotel combines luxury, comfort, and incredible service to make your stay unforgettable. Highly...
