PROS. Check in and check out was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary for that. The room was big and clean. The manager left a nice note for me for when I got into my room so that was a nice added touch. Parking was also fine. The staff at the front desk was friendly. They always said hello when I returned from work every day. Water pressure was good. It is also close to a restaurant called HOBEE’S. I had their breakfast everyday I was off. FYI, They close at 3pm. CONS. And this is me kind of nit picking. I thought The pillows were very small for the bed. I put 2 water bottles in front of them so you can kind of get an idea of how small they were. With that being said they were still nice and fluffy pillows. Maid service came and I guess they changed the sheets but when they did they made the bed up with the tag to the TOP of the bed and the sheet was flipped on the wrong side. That is just a pet peeve of mine. THE TAG GOES TO THE BOTTOM of the bed. NOT to the top. Breakfast was hit or miss. As you can see some days the choices were very limited and the bananas were small and VERY ripe. Some days there were scrambled eggs which I found tasty. The omelettes not so much. They tasted like it was made with a pound of butter. If that’s your thing then it would probably be good. They also had boiled eggs. For me I don’t like already peeled boiled eggs. I like to peel it myself. Again. This is a ME thing. I’ve been told I’m kind of picky🤷🏽‍♀️. There was only 1 elevator for 3 floors. I never had to wait so that wasn’t a big deal. Until I had to check out at 3 am for a flight with 2 suitcases 2 backpacks a lunch bag and 2 toiletries bags. I get to the elevator and there is a sign that says OUT OF ORDER 😠 . Needless to say to say I had to take the stairs. Not a good experience. I was not a happy camper to say the least. I stayed here for 17 days and despite the elevator mishap I would stay here again.

It's all relative to what you're used to I suppose. Satisfies the minimum. The staff was fine. However, this hotel is definitely on the low end of Marriott properties. The rooms are more motel than hotel. Outdated furniture, cheesy decor. For printing, their computer internet connection is modem-slow. Like ridiculously slow. Their Netflix, HBO GO, Showtime, didn't work. I stayed in room 111, it had a funky smell. Likely someone back in the day smoked in it. The Residence Inn Marriott across the street is light years better.

First off, the Front desk staff are very sweet. I had a difficult time with the appearance of my Hotel Door. The room was a good size ,but something didn't feel right about it..I stay in a lot of Marriott Hotels, and this one was different 😳. I requested another Hotel within 30 minutes. I did not want to use my Titanium Elite points here. The front desk did a great job inquiring about my request to change. They made a great offer to stay, but it was too late for me. I would hire that front desk staff.

The hotel smells bad, rooms are outdated and bathtub had red stains which looked like throw up mixed with blood , the walls are very worn out and even had mildew. If I was alone I wouldn’t have been as upset , but I was traveling with my child so it made it much worse . This seems like a safety concern so I will also address this with the health department next . The individual who checked me in was very rude and when I expressed my concern with the situation , he said they were all sold out and couldn’t move rooms. Funny thing is I went online and noticed that they did have rooms when I tried to book another room online .After being blatantly lied to, I didn’t want to argue because it would be a bad example for my child. I left promptly and let the hotel staff know I would not be staying here due to the aforementioned. They still charged me. The supervisors and management at this property should not be in charge of anything. They have zero customer service skills and don’t even meet the criteria for an entry level position. This hotel needs to be removed from Marriott properties list permanently. It was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. I have over 1000 lifetime nights with Marriott and have been an ambassador elite member for some time , last year I stayed 262 nights in Marriott hotels . I have stayed at many Marriott properties and so far not experienced anything near as disappointing as what has occurred here . Marriott, Please remove this property from your flagship , it is a disgrace and an...
