The young men and women working there at in & out are aces across the board, choice, top notch, effervescent and bubbly their pleasant attitude and positive demeanor makes my burger better and quit frankly makes the world feel better.

Note: Pay Attention, if you order 2~ 4x4's & 2 fries, it will be together in one bag how heavy does it feel???

The 4X4 is a Masterpiece Flame Grilled Cheeseburger~ A Mega Bite Mouthful of Meateorite Density, 4 layered Meat Monster, that's Out Of This World. I would suggest doing some big practice bites before ordering, warming up to make sure your prepared for the 4 flame grilled patties and cheese~ Cheeeesing off the tall side walls coming together with mouth watering juices that make it moist through & through.. Fresh buns flank both sides, framing this Work of Art. You can have it with Onions or "Animal Style" Grilled Onions.

The flame grilled taste is awesome!!!

What really tops it off is not the fries, milkshakes or anything on the menu.

It is the enthusiastic energy of the Youthful Staff, that are ready to take and hand you your order with an upbeat, smiling, positive beaming Aura that surrounds them all. That experience may not make the 4X4 less scrumptious, but it reminds me of how we should all be more like that. They give me hope for the future of the world and I'm always left leaving with a hefty white bag filled with 4X4's, fries and milkshakes for 2 and a Positive Feeling that Life is Good.

I always order either the protein wrap or the tomato wrapped flying Dutchman with onions and Grilled lettuce (my favorite)in it and its always so delicious!!! So tonight I decided to try The Onion wrapped flying Dutchman with lettuce tomato and chopped peppers....well not only did they forget the lettuce, tomato and chopped peppers vut it was made sloppy and poorly. Not at all the properly onion wrapped flying Dutchman should look like. They didn't even put it in a wrapper pocket it was just laying flat with the other burgers in the box. Not only did they mess up my order my son ordered a triple with lettuce onions and extra sauce and they forgot the onions lettuce and sauce so they messed up out of 2 outta the 3 items we ordered. I ended up not even trying The onion wrap because I was so mad and it literally looked pathetic that I ended up just putting it on a bun with lettuce and giving it to my son. So he got 2 burgers tonight. Mine that they messed up on and his that they messed up on. The cook did a horrible job tonight...WOW.. usually In n Out rarely messes up but boy oh boy they...

At one time I thought that this franchise hired the best people who really cared about their customers and providing excellent service with a smile! I thought “Disney has nothing on them,” for everyone smiled as they worked! The employees used to hustle; move quickly and efficiently in an effort to give excellent service, along with their smile. I remember thinking that it must be part of the requirements for employment! I thought that certainly this work ethic was also a requirement for employment as well! Well sad to say, that is no longer the case. The novelty of excellent service has depreciated! The employees move very casually now, no more hustle! They talk with one another as they move through their individual routines. The teamwork and camaraderie is missing, which I guess I imagined was there. French fries and burgers are cold by the time you get them! And the smile is gone! No more “Thank you for coming” or “Have a good day”! And this fast food is not so fast! The thrill is gone!
