Just want to put out the disclaimer that I never write reviews. I think this is the first or second review I’ve ever submitted. I had an amazing experience at the Mancini Sleep world near Stevens Creek Boulevard across from Valleyfair Mall in Santa Clara. There was a gentleman there by the name of Chris that was absolutely amazing. His product knowledge and hospitality reminded me of the way things used to be when you would walk into a retail store or restaurant. I’ve been in hospitality my whole entire life and anyone that has been in hospitality, knows that it is an industry and a piece of service that is missing in almost every aspect of our business nowadays. The staff at Mancini’s were all fun and made our experience exceptional. They gave us an incredible price they met all our needs. Mike the manager was amazing and added to the experience. I do want to give a special shout out to Chris the salesman who helped us. Chris”s personality and attentiveness to our needs and product knowledge made the experience amazing. If you need a mattress and you’re looking for genuine hospitality and customer service with a family feel. Look no further, go see Chris at Mancini Sleep World. Mike the manager was also very helpful and added to the experience. But I can truly say it was Chris and his personal touch that added to the reason of why we purchased a mattress that day. I recently purchased a mattress from here, and the team has been the most helpful in choosing the right mattress. I went in without any brand or model in mind, so it took me a while to decide. However, throughout multiple visits to the store, Chris and Mike went above and beyond, and kindly and patiently helped me with advice and answers to all my questions. There were many different mattresses available to try, and Chris and Mike let me try as much as I wanted without any pressure.

Delivery was also well executed. Delivery people showed up during the time window they promised and efficiently replaced the old mattress with a new one. I also have to mention their great customer support after delivery. When I had a small issue with the new mattress, David from this store promptly helped me over the phone and resolved the issue right away.

I’m putting a 5 star here, for one Mr. Jim Burkhardt, at the North Winchester Blvd store, in Santa Clara. My partner and I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable, authentic, kind-hearted, storyteller of a Store Manager!

He spent nearly two hours with us, early last week, during our quest to venture back to a traditional bed, having trudged through three, highly uncomfortable beds-in-a-box.

We finally decided on a Stearns & Foster, which felt like a cloud-like dream in the showroom. When it was delivered two days later, it felt quite a bit softer, and less supportive. Kim and I returned yesterday, and were so relieved to see Jim again.

He actively listened to our concerns, diagnosed a possible bed frame support issue, and sent us away with a couple good options to try.
