Sunset Motel — Hotel in Santa Rosa

Woke up at 2:00 am itching my knee and my fingers. Bitten by Bed Bugs which cannot be seen. Actually not the worst part of it. A large live cockroach was crawling around in the bedspread. It was the third one I had killed that night. Then I saw a small bug of some unknown species in the sheet. A horrendous experience! When I confronted the hotel owner as usual no accountability. “ I don’t have bugs”. He took it one step further and accused me of bringing them. What is it with hotel people. There should a “no star” option for this place. Dingy towels, stained sheets, waiting outside in the cold for 10 minutes for the clerk to decide to come to the window (lobby door was locked so only an outside window with a bell was available). After ringing the bell twice during a 10 minute wait, knocking on the window finally got some attention. Their main phone line also did not work. I read that it was being updated. Which is true ,however the room didn't have a deadbolt on the door. Just a towel stuck in the hole. I thought the smell was a musty air conditioning, so I ran it to air out the room with door open. The smell went away the air conditioning got cold. However, the next morning every time I walked out the door it smelt like a barnyard. I realized it was the room. In conclusion it was clean, cheap and bed was ok. It got...
