Overall, decent place for the price, probably won't stay here again. The desk staff was very helpful at check in and when asking for maintenance to check the AC. AC was frozen over, the maintenance man was great and told us what to do to get better/cooler air. Overnite AC wasn't great but was bearable, prob reported to staff. There are a lot of workmen and some bikers staying here. Everyone has been polite and quiet. Parking lot is well lit and there is a gravel lot for RV's and larger vehicles/trailers. I am not sure if they welcome truckers or not. The halls and rooms are a smidge musty or stuffy (?). My sense of smell is very sensitive so I'm not sure if it would be bothersome to someone else. The carpets are dated but seemed clean for the most part. Breakfast was great!! Offerings included scrambked eggs; sausage, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal juice. Best oart if breakfast is Farners Brothers coffee. Unfortunately, no vegan options. The room had a great microwave and fridge; everything was clean and the beds were comfy. The water pressure is abysmal. If you have long hair or thick hair, don't even try to wash it. It was barely enough to bathe (see video). The water temprature was great though.

Drove in around three in the afternoon after driving from Kansas, checked in and went to room 122. The cleaner they used to clean the room smelled sort of off, but it is what it is, at least it was clean. Didn’t use the shower or TV, promptly fell asleep and woke up a few hours later to a bed bug crawling away from me. It’s my own fault for not looking before I fell asleep, but I did find more after inspecting the bed. Let the front desk know and they did offer to switch the room, but I headed off since that was the last stop until home anyway. Bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, the room even had an extra table with chairs which I haven’t seen in other hotels before. When I checked in the people at the reception desk seemed like they were actually happy to be there, which I take as a good sign

After driving more than 24 hours coming from Oregon all you want to do is get rest .... so on the first stop , without any reservations, and still less than a $100.⁰⁰ wow I'll send you the pictures I think that says it all , Best customer service, with that said this motel is a 10 star and more so I even left the the cleaning person a tip of 10.⁰⁰ very clean from the parking lot to the door, even have a boot cleaner right before you enter the door 😁 I don't know when this place was built but it still smells brand new ,, so if anyone knows when this place was built I would like to know, because the cleaning staff & personnel is doing everything right to keep it still in the Best condition

When checking in I was told I had reserved two rooms. I assured her I had not. She finally just canceled one of the rooms after a bit of condescension and attitude. No soap. I found this out when I went to wash my hands after cleaning the filthy room floor (dried dog urine). Front desk said the hotel was out of soap. I have never experienced this in all of my travels over many many years. One light not working in room. Room smelled really strong of cleaning solution, which was odd because room (floor) did not appear to have been cleaned. Had to run AC and leave the room for an hour to air out the room. Young woman at front desk seemed annoyed when I asked her about the soap situation. I had to go across the street to family dollar to buy soap. Had to park away in dirt/gravel lot because I had a small trailer. I understand Super 8 is a budget hotel, but this is no excuse for the condition/situation I experienced. Especially when I was charged $85 to stay here! It's kind of sad because the property looks like it has potential. It's just not currently properly run and staff is not well trained, or they just don't care. If this was my property I would be seriously looking for a management change. I am giving 2-stars because the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. In the future I will stay at the Santa Rosa Best Western which is worth the extra cost (I have stayed...

We just stayed here on our family vacation, we went just to visit the blue hole and this hotel was the only reasonable priced hotel for our budget, now I see why : I had to have maid service come back in and re clean the room due to it smelling like a wet dog smell, and animal hairs in the carpet, I have allergies, I actually went to the store and purchased my own cleaners too. We wanted a fresh clean smelling room 😄, Upon arrival was the only decent front desk service we received, other times never greeted or spoken to upon arrival or departure, breakfast area was dirty and trash can was overflowing, I asked about the orange juice not working, the breakfast worker said she'd look into it, instead made her and the front desk lady breakfast plates, the orange juice never worked during our whole stay, we got locked out everyday due to having to go to the front desk and get the keys reprogrammed everyday of our stay that sucked. The hallway reeked of marijuana daily, the WiFi didn't work half the time, the only good experiences were the blue hole is across the street, very convenient, Dorothy the housekeeper was friendly and the 2 older Indians that worked there always greeted us, other than that nothing We actually didn't have issues with no hot water as I saw on other reviews, surprisingly! We'd go back to Santa Rosa in the later future but definitely not stay...

I was allowed to bring my dog into this motel but I wouldn't call it pet friendly. Zero pet accommodations, not even a decent patch of unlittered grass. The bed is so tall that my beagle jumped and missed twiced before he understood the Herculean effort required of him to get up and the floor was cold tile without so much as a door mat so when he jumped down there was no support or grip for his feet.

Also, the sheets literally made my skin crawl and something bit me in the middle of my back when I was trying to sleep, though after searching the bed thoroughly I couldn't find anything. Killed a few small flying bugs, there was an old smear stain on the wall from a previous guest doing the same. Ended up sleeping on top of the coverlet, worst night's sleep for me in years.

The toilet paper roll was empty. Little obvious oversights like this makes you wonder what else wasn't done right.

The ladies that checked me in were really nice, though. The stars I did give is for their service.

Say what you want that I chose to stay at a super 8 and should have expected this, but the ratings and photos looked good. I paid $75 dollars for this room plus 10 to let my dog in and I expected better.

Not recommended to anyone with dogs or likes clean sheets and a bug free...
