We recently visited your store in Santa Rosa, New Mexico and our dog escaped. There were others but these are some of the names I remember: Bambi, Desi Hing, Christina who played a vital role in finding our dog. They kindly took our phone numbers and used their personal time to help us search. Our "CHOP" is home after 5 days. Your Santa Rosa crew is the best I've ever seen.
