I had a wonderful experience staying at The Roanoke Hotel one night, August 19, 2025, for business. The hotel has been beautifully renovated from its original circa 1917 period. I stayed in The Gatsby room, which was absolutely charming with its art deco theme. Loved the pictures and beautiful dresser. The shower was also great, very spacious and allowed for easy access with the glass door. As an added touch to the room, included were luxurious soaps from the Sebring Soap Company, which is located just a few minutes walk outside the hotel, off the circle. The large outside porch overlooking the circle is a fabulous gathering space and I went outside a few times to sit in a rocker and observe the activities below and in the park gazebo area. I greatly appreciated the 24-hour coffee bar too. The morning I left, I met Joey, one of the hotel employees. He was also so kind and gracious too!

One note: You will need to climb stairs to get to the 2nd story to the rooms. However, there is an elevator that needs a key that you would need to either have the Irish Pub employees downstairs unlock it or make other arrangements with the hotel ahead of time. Just wanted to note that for late arrivals, when the Pub might be closed. I highly recommend this hotel if you enjoy the charm and beauty of a historic hotel that has been beautifully renovated! The entire HGTV crew did a beautiful job renovating the entire circle area. I look forward to staying again sometime...

We stayed 3 nights in January in the Ridgewood Forest room and while this place was beautiful, I don't believe we will stay here again. The hotel is clean and very comfortable, but this place was WAY too noisy for us. It is in downtown so we heard a train that whistled at 2am and 4am our 1st night and then at 5:30am the next night! The doors are original, which I appreciate, but not very sound resistant and the glass part, even with the curtain drawn, let in a lot of light from the hall. The week days had very loud morning traffic you could hear before 6am. The front door slammed almost every time someone entered or exited the building which woke us up. On Friday night the bar below was open (thankfully not too late) and we heard all of the music and crowd below us as well as the bar across the street. The bathroom was nice (had great water temp) but not enclosed to the ceiling so you can hear and smell everything your room companion does in there..... The bed was comfortable but there wasn't a front desk to ask for anything directly (that I knew of anyway). While the hotel was old/fairly original, there were hardly any antique/original elements to upper hotel (we did not get a chance to visit the Irish pub below) which was a big bummer for me. If you're used to traffic/city life and are up early for business then this place is great for you, but if you like peace, quiet, you want to sleep in and like complete darkness, this may not be the...

Where do I begin. I have been waiting to stay here and I was so happy I did. I decided to spend my vacation in Sebring, I checked in on Sunday, January 5th, and checked out this morning, January 13. 8 nights, and I stayed in 8 different rooms. Because, why not?! Night 1 was spent in Room 7 The Gatsby, it was perfect for one person or 2 people who really like each other ;). Night 2 was spent in Room 9 Black Pearl. Night 3 I took a stroll over to Antique Avenue Room 3. Nights 4,5 and 6 were spent in Rooms 10, 1 and 6. Night 7 bedded in Room 4 Boho Bungalow and night 8 completed the stay in Cracker Trail. Each room's unique decor pays homage to the name and included themed soaps from Sebring Soap company . I only have 2 more rooms to complete the 10, then I'll have to try them all again. Circle vieux Bar and lounge open Fridays and Saturdays. Gavaghn Irish Pub open downstairs. There's Perufresh restaurant steps from the front door. Brewhaha across the street. Unlimited coffee and tea from the coffee bar. All pluses here, check them out for a staycation, vacation or baecation. 🥰😊

The Roanoke Hotel was an a great experience for me and my significant other. We stated in the Ridgewood forest room and were blown away by the charm of the building as whole, but more specifically in the inside of the hotel and the rooms. The room had a gorgeous canopy king size bed, that was so soft and comfortable. The location is great with several restaurants, bars, shops, and a little park located within 50 feet, as well a Lake Jackson like 2 blocks away. We had dinner at the Irish pub downstairs which was also very good. The AC was amazing and had the room nice and cold and the area itself was very quiet and calm after things closed down. The hotel manager / owners was very nice and friendly, as well as the house keeping staff. Would definitely recommend.
