We dine here from time to time, id call it a decent place. We are locals, Ive met Don a few times, its always the same joke/laugh bc my name is Don too. We were planning on getting some burgers tonight, it just wasnt time for us to eat, we were attending a Halloween event in the area. I decided to choose this place to get my 2yo daughter out of her wet diaper bc I knew it was a local joint and like I said, we planned on ordering food. It was dark outside and the port-o-potty's were pitch black, it scared my daughter. I was running out of options, I needed a hand. I cant stand to be treated good when im dining there, but if I need to change my daughters diaper, im turned away. I get it, people trash your bathrooms, maybe they leave dirty diapers in the trash (Thats disgusting and I would never) it was a big event, no changing table (she stands, but whatever) no public access/customers only... But for a guy holding a diaper and one wipe coming directly to you, the owner, for help... In all, It all worked out. The local smoothie shop down the street told me that anytime I needed a helping hand, they would be there for me. The smoothie was delicious, my daughter wasn't asking for a new diaper, and I had won as a parent. A great quote is "Have more respect for the moral than for the rule". Policy is Policy, reviews...

Was this place on tv. Yes. Are the burgers good. Low bar, but yes. If those are the best only things that are important to you. This could be your spot. If you value your time, and a server that can assist in both food and drink, this is not the place. Sat outside because one guy and a guitar was putting everyone to sleep. Downside to being outside is we got to smell diesel fuel the whole time. Non stop commercial vehicle traffic on this road makes me wonder why anyone would build whatever this is here. Poor planning. if you like watching busses of citrus workers go by this is a great place I guess. You also get audio confusion between the music at this location and the music being blasted in the center of a traffic circle. Not all of this is the 301 fault. I'm not a fan of the food showing up and servers just randomly shouting out dish names. But I'm also not a fan of having a to use my phone to see a menu or place a food order. I'm not sure what this restaurant/ bar thinks it is. Seems confused identity wise, not good at drinks. Vodka...

I like it here, great vibe with local Florida people. As a natural halfway point between my friend in Fort Myers and myself in Orlando, it seemed like a fantastic place to chill out far from the busyness of both of our respective cities. The people are quite welcoming, the bartender made our drinks to liking: 7UP and Floridian lemon vodka, which was nice and refreshing and delicious. I enjoyed the flavor, I dont normally drink that often, so it was a fantastic treat

The food and bar are separate establishments, but the food was cooked well to my liking. Sort of basic/simple, but good and not overpriced. Like something you'd eat with your mates while having a good time. Pizza was like $6, drink was $9, so you can come away from this little joint with your wallet and stomach equally happy. Overall this place earns 5 stars as it's a wonderful Florida business with an industrial feel that feels as timeless as Sebring and Old Florida itself. I am definitely coming back time and time again and I wish this business great success in the...

This place is AMAZING!! Our waitress/bartender was super sweet and helpful, and the food is to die for. We got the pretzel and it was one of the best pretzels ive ever had in my life. The flatbreads are huge and so are the burgers, the websites photos arent a lie, the food is actually that beautiful. I also got the hauss boss burger and it was so big i had to take half home. The churros are crispy warm and fresh with a sweet blackberry and white chocolate sauce that is to die for. The only issue i had with this place was the seating, we were originally sat at a high table which is fine but we preferred to be sat at a normal table, which they only had two of so we had to wait until theybwere free to change seats. But they let us do it no problem so no issue there!! Amazing idea for date nights!!!

2/11/24 stopped in for take out food from "BrewHaha’s Burger Emporium" (this is the new food establishment inside 301) I got the turkey burger and it was really good! 8/26 back again - another good band playing and another stout was poured for me :) 6/3/23 first time here, got take out, meatball sub. It was really good and the meatballs were large. Hard to eat by hand so I had to go all civilized with a fork and knife, lol. This would certainly be a good thing to share at the bar with two or three friends and some good beer. Also got to sample the Baby Cakes stout while i waited for my lunch (thanks Rosie). 9:30p later that night ... Back for some good beer and a local band. I'll certainly be back.

I was a bit confused about what to expect. It’s a bar meets food truck kind of experience. There is a waitress to take drink orders from the distillery/brewery. Then if you want food you scan the QR code to order from Brew-haha’s menu (their kitchen is in the back and they bring the food out to you). You end up paying for food through your phone and then any drinks are a separate bill from the 301. Overall it was a good experience but wish the menu was a bit more expansive. If you’re looking for a local place with burgers and beer, this is for you. If you are looking for mixed drinks and other menu options, maybe try somewhere else.
