Macarito’s — Restaurant in Sebring

I came in and there were a couple eating and group of girls waiting for their food. I ordered a build your own rice bowl and sat down and waited. About twenty minutes later a couple more people walked in. Another ten minutes passed and the new people got their food and I was still waiting for mine. Another twenty minutes passed and the other people got their food. Now I had been there waiting for my rice bowl for 50 minutes, so I stood up to see what was going on since people that came in way later got their food before me. They asked me what I ordered again and I had to repeat my order while they made it. They said they were out of one the ingredients I asked for when I first ordered, so I don’t know why I wasn’t told then, but whatever. I was still excited to eat my food as everyone was saying it was so good when they finished their food while I was waiting for mine. When I had the rice bowl and waiting an hour, it was just okay. Friendly, clean with a perfect taco salad. The ratio of ingredients was balanced and delicious. The wife says…”a taste like no other!”

Saw another customer walk by with the choco-flan and had to try it. WOW! Great flavors and not too heavy or sweet. Best dessert I’ve had in a long time.

For a new restaurant open less than a week they have their act together.

I had a burrito bowl with chicken that was great too. I can't wait to come back!!

Edit: I came back a couple weeks later to get the same food. Idk if there was a special going on or if I missed the memo or messed up the order. But I thought the bowls came with beans already, like the first time. The second time, there were no beans. Oh...
