Slopeside Hotel by Seven Springs Resort — Hotel in Seven Springs

This hotel is in dire need of updating! It hasn’t changed since the last time I was there over 30 years ago. The carpeting is the original! There’s many things that are out of order and in need of service. Being that we stayed during the summer months and not ski season, the attractions that we visited are very different. The bowling alley had every other lane broken down and the restaurant food left a lot to be desired. I used to ski here every weekend when I was younger and from what I heard they’ve done a complete upgrade to the ski locker and rental area. I will say the staff were incredibly nice and attentive when needed. Someone came to service the tv minutes...

We rented a suite for two days. Great space and quite comfortable for a ski resort. Slopeside views from windows. Lovely. Oddly kitchenette had no items to wash dishes or dishwasher. Also lacked serving dishes. Did have microwave and coffee maker. No blankets in room but sheets and pillows on sofa bed and Murphy bed. Also no duvet on master bed. No maid service at all forvour 2 day stay and at $1200 per day that's just not ok. Service in resort and resort amenities good though. Enjoyed our stay but they need to up their sleeping room game. Unfortunately I was not happy with this resort myself and some friends are here for president day Monday February 18th We are sitting at the foggy goggle for about an hour all the sudden a lady comes over and said we have to leave they are not open until 11.....wow really we just sat here for an hour...makes zero sense the resort is open 9am but the foggy goggle is not Unfortunately we won't come back....the lady was rude and I just can't understand why the foggy goggle was not open at the same time....and how us sitting there wad...
