Worst ski experience and facility I've been to. I wanted to find a place to take my 9 year old twin boys to ski and play (they chose skiing for their Christmas gift). I researched many places all over the country, and chose this one based on proximity to the airport and options for other activities. I booked the Family Winter Memories package in November which included the lift tickets, breakfast and meal credit, bowling, skating, tubing, video game room, etc. Upon arrival on new years eve, the front desk told me they no longer offered the package due to COVID and the governor (I understand that)...what I DO NOT understand was that no one bothered to call me or email to let me know that ALL we got was the lift tickets and room. They adjusted the rate, and after complaining, reduced it another 20%, NOW- THE ROOM...OMG- we stayed in the main lodge (the 10-story one), I booked a 2 bedroom...NO coffee maker, NO microwave, and since the restaurants were all takeout or delivery only, we had no way to heat up our food. We had to go to the front desk whenever we wanted coffee. THE RESORT- no signs anywhere and none of the staff had the same story on where or how to do anything. No one answers emails or phone calls, unless it is to book a room. On that note, I even called the resort the morning of checkin to add an additional person to the room and CONFIRMED with the agent (who was a manager) that they would receive everything in the package- she CONFIRMED they would, and didn't mention nothing was available in the package due to COVID, but charged me the additional $600 for the additional person. THE SLOPES- ok, but NOT WELL Marked for those who don't know the place. Rental desk for skis was good, and the ski school attendants were great and helped my son a lot. The food was OK, and good portions. All-in-all, it is a basic place for basic day skiing and I would never want to stay at the hotel again. Parking was a joke and even the sidewalks and walkways were not salted and slick as ice. No bellhop to help you with luggage, and again, no help showing what was available on site or how to get to it. One of the transport busses nearly ran over my son at night on a crosswalk (he didn't stop, but I grabbed my son off the road in time). AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR OUT WEST OR EVEN SNOWSHOE IN WV IF YOU WANT TO STICK TO THIS PART OF...

Considering we are still battling corona virus i will give them a 4/5. Not much was open this weekend besides 1 restaurant and the outdoor pool. The staff was very nice and all are meals were very good even if we kept receiving bacon when we didn't ask for it or asked for it to be excluded. Wifi was a bit spotty. Overheard others complain about doorlocks not working and cable going in and out but we did not have those issues. Would love to go back when more of the shops/restaurants/activities are open. Really enjoyed our walks around the resort but the one hiking trail (nature trail) we did took a while to find as the entrance didnt seem to line up with what their map shows. Ran into other guests having the same struggle of finding the trail entrance. We left the resort to find mini golf that was open at Caddie Shak in Donegal PA about 15 minutes away. We made the best of what we could do on a rainy weekend with very...

I just moved up here from South Florida and was excited take my daughter snow tubing for the first time. They opened their slopes for the season Friday 12/8. I went on their website the very next morning to secure tickets for later on Saturday evening. Not only was their website difficult to manage, it outright crashed after spending 2 hours trying to buy my family's tickets. I called and called only to receive a busy signal. The few times I did speak to someone, I received conflicting information. One person told me I could purchase tickets over the phone when another told me I couldn't. It didn't really matter though because when they transfer me, the phone would either drop or I would be sent to voice mail. My daughter is upset now that we are not going. I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of readiness given the circumstances! They've had months to prepare for this climate and have...
