Waited 30 minutes for a menu. Had to walk to slopes restaurant to ask for one. Food took almost an hour to make...chicken quesadilla and a pretzel. Read the other reviews because it is true....you will sit there without a waiter forever if you plan on eating here. Of you want service you will need to bother the bartenders to take the order for you. Its pretty bad
Chicken in the quesadilla was dry and tasted frozen. Def not fresh. There was hardly any cheese in the quesadilla....it was just packed with dry chicken. This was the first time I have ever not finish a quesadilla and I left half of it.
The pretzel wasn't anything special. Def not homemade. It was just a big pretzel. The only reason why I have this 2 stars instead of 1 was because the beer cheese for the pretzel was ok.
So....been to slope restaurant and Bavarian Lounge. Both foods are pretty bad which leads me to believe it's from the same kitchen and staff
One last thing: I've been there twice. First time I placed my hand under the table and my finger met some nasty gum that was stuck under there.
Over a month later that gum is still there....right table (if you back is...
Read moreGot there at 8, not particularly packed, few people not many. Waited 30 minutes JUST TO BE EVEN GIVEN A MENU, ordered an appetizer, tasted straight from the freezer, ordered the Chicken Pesto sandwich with onion rings. (The onion rings to no one's surprise tasted as If they just bought a bag from a walmart). This sandwich tasted drier than the entire saharan desert and honest to god I WISH this was an exaggeration. The bread was borderline close to going stale and the piece of chicken was an absolute joke. I've seen places more packed than this place, running with a skeleton crew of maybe two people max and I still had a better time than this establishment. You are better off taking your money somewhere else or even do what I should have done, and regret not doing and just find a random grocery store out here and just make the food yourself and it would have been...
Read moreThis Bavarian Lounge is located inside the Seven Springs Mountain Resort. Upon arriving, my husband and I were told to self-seat at a table of our choosing. Several minutes passed before a waitress showed up. By then, we already knew what we wanted to order, because we had looked up the restaurant’s menu on our cell phones. The waitress immediately took our order. The food was cooked and brought out quickly—after only several minutes. I rate the American burger 4 stars, the baked pretzel 4 stars, the mesclun salad 3 stars, and the loaded fries 3 stars. The waitress regularly checked in on us, and she automatically brought us drink refills. At the end, she asked us if we wanted a to-go box for any of our leftover food, and she brought out a box for my pretzel. The waitress nicely wished for us to have a wonderful night. The total cost was...
