Trillium Spa at Seven Springs Resort — Local services in Seven Springs

We paid for the couples ultimate renewal package - did not receive the body scrub. Soaking water was extremely hot and the spa attendants don’t leave the room for the entire 15 minutes. Not very private or relaxing. Massage was decent, but our entire experience was tainted with what happened after the service. I put my robe in a bin and got changed in my clothes. Within 10 minutes of placing my robe in the bin, I realized I mistakenly left some diamond hoop earrings in the pocket of the robe. I immediately notified the nearest spa attendant. The spa staff claimed that the laundry service had miraculously already picked up the robes and taken them to be washed at the laundry facility. I asked where the laundry facility was and if I could go through the robes. I was told no, and to rest assured that the laundry facility was great about finding things and they would likely be returned in the morning. The next morning I called and left a voice mail asking for an update. I called two more times and no one answered. It’s been 4 days and still no response or follow up. This all happened on my birthday and the earrings are very sentimental to me. It was my mistake for leaving the earrings in the robe pocket, but to report them missing within 10 minutes of realize the mistake, and for there to not have even been a call back is a pathetic excuse for customer service. This spa is basic and I would not call it relaxing its more of a in / out kind of place. Its lacking the relaxation and spa amenity feel. Upon checking in you are walked through the women's restroom/ locker room area ( which is less than mediocre) into the "relaxation" room. This room is coed and drab, the fireplace was off, chairs were uncomfortable and no relaxing sound or music. No beverages or snacks offered (now this is odd times due to covid measures) but bottle water, single serve wrapped snacks would have been something. Once taken back into the massage/ facial room it was average (lacking that relaxation/ spa feel). The technique and the service was good but the products were cheap, but with that said so was the price of everything. I believe you get what you pay for and I got just that. I paid for 3 services and only paid $180, which is unbelievable cheap! I wouldnt recommend for a relaxing day ( not a place you would show up early to enjoy the amenities). I have frequented Trillium spa over the past several years and always come out feeling like a new person. The massage therapists are always really exceptional and we make it a point to go early to enjoy the sauna, steam room, and the relaxation room that has an array of hot teas, nuts, chocolate, and other fantastic goodies!
