Be careful staff does not put clothes in right section. I once bought 3 pairs of silver jeans size 33x33 that I grabbed from the men's. I didn't try them on because I've worn silver jeans before and that's my size. I thought women's jeans were sizes also i.e size 6. Plus I wrongfully thought the button went the opposite way. So you guessed it I got home all proud of my $30 deal on jeans. I put on a pair and realized they were not men's. I went back to the store immediately and the cashier was friendly. Said they don't normally do returns but it's up to the manager. The manager came over looking very ready to leave work and not too professional. I started explaining I got them out of the men's section and they all had tags u didn't take off. I had just been in the store and would exchange them for 3 $10 pairs of actual men's jeans, so she wouldn't even have to do a return or relable the returned jeans. Well, unless you know you wanted to put a women's clothes tag on instead. She was rolling her eyes and sighing until I stopped talking and she pointed at a sign and said it's our policy not to do returns. it's been like that forever. I said I understand and with electronics I have bought many and kept the bad ones, but isn't it a policy to put them in the right section too. She said we have a dressing room abruptly and looked annoyed I was still there. I replied I had worn that style before and was in a hurry. She looked at my receipt and said you spent $106 big hurry huh? Now I was insulted and in disbelief. I mean I really think they should have let me grab 3 men's jeans and said thank you, but I would have be okay with an apologetic, I wish I could but we just don't allow returns not her questioning me, calling me a liar, and basically kicking me out the door. I have spent good money at this store, and management is awful. Completely rude and a bad example for the many great workers there. I...

I have an online vintage store. I spend a LOT of time in thrift stores. I live closest to the Sheboygan, WI location. It is my least favorite. I'm always disappointed. It's been over 8 months since I stopped. I went today since I was in the area & had some extra time. The store is filthy and disorganized compared to West Bend, Fondi, Manitowoc, Grafton and Menasha. The other thing that is really annoying is there are lamps that have the original shades. Instead of keeping them together, they ate priced SEPARATELY!! I brought one of these to the check out & mentioned thus was being done. The lady mumbled something & charged me for both pieces. Also they do not do set prices on sets of 12 pieces or more of dishes. The other locations I mentioned all do set pricing which brings the costs down significantly on dishes. They also keep the matching shades with the lamps when available. I'm done going to the Sheboygan location. I'd rather drive & go to any...

Greedwill is what this place should be called. Not only are prices higher than ever & they keep going up. Every year they take away more & more perks. A while ago they took away the bounce back 20% off coupon. Did not announce the change. I had to call & ask. Today they took away the 25% off once a month customer appreciation discount. Did not announce change. Instead we got buy 3 pieces of clothing get 1 free. Which is lame. Not everyone is gonna want to buy clothes. If u buy hard goods...then no deal for u. I bet anything that soon we'll get that taken away too.

Everytime I go it's becoming more & more of a disappointment. If it wasn't for the fact that they are the only place in town that gets decent donations...I would never go.
