I came in with my husband waiting in line behind an elderly gentleman waiting to order. Once the manager finally acknowledged him he said he had a coupon to use and offered it to her. She said I don’t need that and asked him what he wanted. He was very clearly hard of hearing and was not understanding what she was asking him. She continued to yell at him saying what do you want and what kind of sandwich do you want until I said something to my husband about offering to help him when the other associate working, Brody, stepped in the help out. Brody tried his best to help communicate and make the situation easier while the manager just continued to yell at the customer and complain about other online orders. The entire time we were in the store the manager was short and rude with myself, my husband and the elderly gentleman and she continuously complained about other online orders saying that they were pissing her off and she would do theirs last because they can wait. The whole situation was frustrating and extremely uncomfortable, my husband asked if we should just leave multiple times because of how ridiculous she was being. Their only upside to their service was the younger boy Brody that was working and trying to make the atmosphere more comfortable. Read moreAbsolutely horrendous. I was the first customer I could tell at 0920 cause the side trays weren’t open yet until she worked on my sub. The veggies were not even presentable. Lettuce was red soggy looking. I went with the risk and added onions which had no flavor at all. Weeks old? Spinach was wet and old. Green peppers were old with no taste. I got a flatbread steak egg and cheese toasted and the flat bread was soggy on top but bottom basically burnt and hard. Tasted like a Matza bread. Like the bread was weeks old? Literally nothing was fresh. Even the napkins were scratchy and felt like sandpaper. The meat was just eh. Then I’m walking around and most tables were not even cleaned. I use bathroom before I leave (nothing in trash first one to use it) and I drop something and wipe it off ground and the paper towel is COVERED in black dirt. Did night shift die? Did no one clean this place since 1992? Morning shift is just there like zombies. I get it’s just job to them but at least put out fresh ingredients. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed SHE WAS THE MANAGER. I then requested contact information for someone above her, and she refused to provide it. When I asked for her name, she said it was "Tasha" but refused to give me any other details.
This is unacceptable service. As a "manager," it’s your responsibility to ensure the public is still served while you take your break. How much MONEY is Subway losing during those 30+ minutes of downtime? This cannot be good for business. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE, and I’ve attached a picture of her—this is "Tasha." 👀
