We stayed there for 3 days this past week and it is one of the better places in Sheridan to stay - believe me.
When I called to reserve a room, I had the distinct pleasure of having Teresa set up my reservation. She is a very genuine, sweet, understanding individual who was patient and able to assist me with what I was asking for. I was very fortunate in having someone like her to help me.
Teresa had told me that she would be working on the day we were to arrive and I had that to look forward to.
We arrived late, but she was there to get us checked in. The room that she had assigned to us was on the back side away from traffic and that helped.
The room was laid out well. It was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. All basic amenities were included.
The breakfast was standard, nothing extra really. Overall the hotel was run well, the desk staff was cordial and helpful. The place was quiet for the most part.
And the hotel is located downtown and is close to most everything that anyone would want or need.
As is the case with Sheridan, it snows 8 months out of the year and while we were there it did in fact snow and the hotel was on top of that with keeping their sidewalks and parking lot clean and clear.
To the owners - Keep Teresa, she's a rare find in this day and time. You have an exceptional...
Read moreHoly moly! I have been all over the American West, and I have to say this has been one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in. Besides the fact that it is awesome because it is an old flour mill, and how cool of a renovation and repurposing is that?!?! It is clean, beautiful, and they go the extra mile. The staff is fantastic and polite. We came with our dog and the man that checked us in even took the time to get us a map and give us directions to the local dog park. Now we have always traveled without dog, but this is the first hotel we have ever been in that the dog friendly hotels came with dog bowls set up in the room. It was endearing and a small gesture that made me felt like dog friendly was more than an extra pet fee charge. The rooms were immaculate, smelled fresh and clean and not a speck of dirt anywhere. The rooms were large too and had all the amenity you would need. The bathroom was spotless. The tv was large and actually of decent quality. Finally the little mints and cars they leave on the pillow made me smile, you just don’t see that extra hospitality too often anymore. I loved the decor, the staff were phenomenal and bonus they have continental breakfast and Wi-Fi. An EXTREMELY pleasant experience and definitely plan to return for...

Also inside the bathroom theres a heat lamp, never seen one of these but i honestly don’t stay in hotels often but i thought it was cool and it definitely keeps you warm ^.^
Staff at the front are friendly and informative, whole town seems friendly and would say something if they seen something type of people which I appreciate coming from Denver where nobody does anything when something wrong is happening
No offense to anyone here in the city of Sheridan but i think it would be a good idea to get a different haircut from what literally everyone else has, just be different and not have the “shaggy” haircut style lol but everyone here is friendly and i appreciate the hospitality
Once again the room here is super clean and i enjoy the history of the flour mill, cant wait til the Continental breakfast in...
