In a town that only has one true vape shop they definitely make it seem they have competition. Being able to walk into a business and ask questions, and have them answered is amazing. What definitely sells me on this store is how they will educate you, but also just have a conversation with you as a person. You don't even have to purchase anything to receive this service either! Their customer service is lacking at times and their return policy stinks. They should take items back when they hand items to you and tell you that they will work with the vape that you have. Then you open up the package that they gave you and find out that it isn't the right product at all, and all they want to give you is a 10% discount on the next purchase of the correct product which should have been correct to begin with.
