If I could give this place no stars I would! The worst experience we’ve ever had in a hotel. We booked our stay through Hopper and chose a two queen bed room. What was given to us at the hotel was a one queen bedroom. For three people that would have been entirely uncomfortable. We went back down to the desk agent to explain that we booked a two queen bedroom, showed him the confirmation and what ensued was a 30 minute tirade of arguments back and forth between us and the desk agent with other customers around waiting to check in. The agent kept telling us that it was our fault and that we booked the wrong type of room, even after clearly showing the desk agent our confirmation showing that we booked a two queen bedroom. If there is a disconnect between Hoppers system and Days Inn system, that clearly isn’t our fault and the hotel should just honor the customers booking. After 30 minutes of arguing back and forth with the desk agent he finally gave in, booked us into a two queen bedroom, room 305….but when we went to enter the room the key card wasn’t working so we thought maybe we heard the agent wrong and he said 306. We tried the key card on 306 and the key card worked. When we opened the door there were people inside! How embarrassing! We ended up going back down to the desk agent to confirm what room he said and he did say 305. We explained that the key card wasn’t working and that oddly it worked on 306, of which there were already people occupied in that room. If he mistakenly programmed the key card for 306 and it was meant for 305 that could have turned into a worse situation had the people in the room been in a private situation! The desk agent took the key cards back and then assigned us into room 313, after explaining what happened. Luckily the key card worked this time and it was an unoccupied room.
The room itself left so much to be desired. Although the bedding and sheets looked replaced and clean, the rest of the room was an absolute disgusting mess. There were sticky stains all over the desk, walls and furniture. The floor was sticky and messy like it hadn’t been mopped in months and the sink and bathroom were just nasty and grimy. Thank god I had extra socks to wear while walking on the floors bleh! Let’s just say, none of our party slept very well and our goal was to just wake up early and checkout as soon as possible. The rest of the hotel felt like a 50’s smokey den with stained carpets that haven’t been cleaned in years and that old lingering cigarette butt smell that permeates old establishments.
This is a Days Inn, a chain hotel that hopefully has at least minimal standards set in place, but clearly this hotel is well below those standards.
DO NOT STAY HERE if you value cleanliness and good...
Read moreI booked a room at this location today 12/18/2022. Upon arrival to at the front desk. I met Josh working at the front desk. He asked me about my ID to look for my booking. I gave him by ID, he asked me for a deposit of $200. I gave him my company credit card, but he said he cannot verify if that card belong to me, so he cannot process the $200 deposit payment on it.
That was the time I saw him turning in a direction where the camera his activity,. I saw him taking his phone and taking a picture of my Credit Card front and back.
That was the time I asked why he was taking pictures of my credit card? He got so angry and started yelling at me for asking him such a question. He took my ID and credit card and went to printer to make a copy of them.
Whiles I was asking my genuine question, a woman appeared and interrupted my conversation without knowing anything I was saying. She involved herself in to my conversation and without a clue what I was saying or what my question was all about.
Josh's decision to bring someone to my room booking could have caused serious problem at the facility. He knew that very well that's wrong. But his unprofessional behavior and disrespect for guest and people of color in particular played a big role in my case.
My advice: Its very clear that Josh has very poor customer service skills. He has no respect for people of color, he is a total manipulative person and can trigger serious problem for guest.
Always be mindful of his activities when he's doing your booking. Because if he can take a picture of my credit card front and back on his personal cell phone without providing genuine reason for doing so, that could be serious for guest coming out there to stay.
Be mindful of your personal information Josh took from you especially when you there booking a room. Taking pictures of people's credit card without their approval amounts to Credit Card Theft.
The company which owned this hotel should investigate Josh and his unprofessional behavior before its too late. Because this guy can cause serious problem to guest and their personal information.

Read moreNO STARS!! I booked for Friday Saturday stay while we were visiting for a family reunion just a short distance away. It was to be a quick in and out trip. We got there and checked in. When we opened the door to our room I was like oh HECK NO! It was dingy, filthy, the toilet lid was broken and put back together with nails. The tub was rusty and peeling and I immediately started feeling like creepy crawlies were getting on me. I went to the window and there was old food and garbage shoved in the air vent of air conditioner. Then I saw the hypodermic needle. I started to cry. NOTHING like the picture. The desk manager had taken a copy of my credit card (I thought that was weird) I came down and let him know that there was no way we were staying there!! I told him it was disgusting. He nodded. I told him to cancel and DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD. I asked if I needed to sign anything to do the cancel he said no he would take care of it. When we got in the car I immediately called the Hampton INN not realizing it was only 10 minutes away. (I would have done that first if I'd realized the short distance) When the clerk from the Hampton heard why I was desperate for a room...He asked me where I was. I told him the Days in on 195th and Aurora.. He started laughing and said "That's a No Tell Hotel" I didn't know what that was. He said that whole area is hookers and druggers and that is what the Hotel is used for. I was flabbergasted. I'm not from here..How would I have known. Luckily he had a room for only $60 more and I can't believe how beautiful this room was. It was spotless and had the most beautiful kitchenette fully stocked in it. The next morning we turned on our tv in our beautiful room and there was a fatal 3 person shooting at the hotel next door to the Days Inn on Aurora. WHEW!!! THAT WAS A CLOSE ONE!! NEVER STAY THERE...RUN!! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!! This place should seriously be shut down. The gross sticky floors, bed bugs, crime and hookers in and out... Days Inn Franchise needs to remove their name from this...
