I've had Viet-cajun style seafood boil all over seattle to down south in whitecenter. This is some of the BEST for the price. I've eaten here sit down at least 5 times and last night got my first to-go order. They are consistent through and through from the quality of their seafood to their spices and sauce, to the temperature! Ignore these one star review, people don't understand where seafood/crawfish comes from or what these sea creatures eat. It's also illegal to get fresh Louisiana crawfish shipped to WA state so we eat frozen crawfish here that's the reality. As far as paying before-hand, let's all not forget this is a restaurant located in a strip mall on Aurora Ave, crime rate is obviously higher, I'm sure they had walkouts galore if paying beforehand wasn't implemented initially. Staff is great- quick and concise, very efficiently ran restaurant with quick service. My order is always something like snowcrab, mussels, LA crawfish, shrimp-head on, with sausage! Atomic sauce, medium! Always a win! My credentials- I've been in hospitality for 15 years most recently working as a Sommelier while being a Seattle foodie local. Try this place at least twice- have the staff help you order if you are having trouble deciding....

Order style: for here
Regular Fries: Overall texture is perfect on all fries, balance between potato and edge crisp, even the long fries Crispy is ON POINT. They might be double fried because the outer texture is spot on!! Really balanced flavor, not over seasoned. Hint of smokiness in the light but effective flavor They remind me of JoJos So good that we finished the entire basket before starting the main food lol because they were so delicious Value: Happy with the value of basket size for the money
Garlic Fries Overall texture was spot on and matched the regular fries above It was actual minced garlic (not a sauce) with some herb (I think parsley) The flavor was great and subtle but legit. The minced style meant the fries didn't get soggy too fast which was great. Did this as +$1 upgrade on the side of fries that came with the lobster roll, value worth it.
Lobster roll and crab legs king crab was ok, not very juicy, but the sauces they use are great. Very expensive. lobster roll was very delicious and I'd recommend (not as much mayo as other ones my fry partner has had)

ย ย ย Read moreNew seafood boil place worth a try with some flavorful crawfish and crab. This place is fairly new but as itโs part of a chain, it already has a solid foundation. The restaurant also has side dishes like rice that can be ordered. Parking is easy to find as itโs just next to the Costco parking lot so lots of spots. There is plenty of seating inside for larger groups and there are a number of TVs as well. They were playing the NBA finals when I went which was nice. I recommend getting one of the Combos to get the full seafood boil experience. They are all very filling, have lots of flavor, but messy for sure. You can definitely share with a few other people and it feels worth it for the value. The combos usually come with clams, crawfish (nice and soft to chew), crab (ask for the shell crushing tool), sausage, and corn. The seasoning feels like authentic Cajun and packs a lot of punch. They also give you salt, pepper, and lemon on the side. The French fries are also nice and crispy. They provide bibs, gloves, and sani wipes with each order as well. The staff are really nice and get you anything you need. Overall it was a very yummy seafood boil and I will definitely be...
