Sold me a stolen phone that wouldn’t even open to a Home Screen. They immediately blamed me, my SIM card, metro pcs, and everyone else in the world for it, until I had another place unlock it and prove it was stolen. Refused to retune l or exchange the product. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’m sure most of these reviews are fake. Here’s the screed it opened to instead of a Home screen, and then the only thing the phone would do once the other place got it to open to a Home Screen. If you get that first Lock Screen on an unlocked phone you got from them, you should contact United sites services and let them know.

I don't usually do this but here I am.The worst service ever can't recommend anyone.Had my phone screen changed and came back the camera was blurry and the water indicator was missing went back and had to pay another 55 for them to put back the LCD water indicator. Which I did and instead the phone came back some parts inside weren't inserted correctly.Was not charging and it got hot when you connect it to charge.They care about getting paid but zero customer satisfaction.If you complain and say something is wrong you have to pay for them to check what's wrong.

Sold a stolen phone !!!!

About a year ago we went in and bought an iPhone.

IPhone kept dropping calls and they said it was because of when phone was tossed. My friend had not handled a conversation with associate well and tossed phone at them. Totally agree it was wrong and inappropriate. We took phone back. Today I finally decided after paying $1200 that I wanted to figure out what was wrong, called Apple Support. They sold us a stolen phone.

Also another lesson, always read contracts. Bought phone for $800, they brought us right to the signature page. Turns out you have to pay phone off in a few months otherwise you pay $1200. That's our bad for not asking to read the contract. However when I went in to ask why money was still being pulled they said they didn't know and that I should only pay $800. Do NOT use this business to replace your phone screen unless you are okay with getting scammed

Came here to get my iPhone screen replaced. Upon getting it back after leaving it for an hour and a half, I find a notification in my settings that warned there was an unfamiliar, non Apple product screen installed on my phone.

The display is off center, the colors are untrue, reaction times are laggy, screen does not always turn on, and my battery is draining faster. I now have to go to a different phone repair business and explain how I was screwed over and scammed.

Got my iphone back glass replaced here. Not happy with the result. I have three complaints. 1.The material. The replacement part is noticeably lower quality in material than original. More like plastic rather than glass and it's really easy to leave marks on it. The work. The adhesive used to glue the "glass" is very smelly even after days. And there is plenty of dried adhesives from the edge of the back and camera lens. After the repair, the magsafe is completely broken and I CANNOT use my magsafe accessories anymore. They must messed up the magnets.

After all, I wish I didn't have my phone repaired here. I'd rather have a cracked...
