Our family of 6, 4 adults and 2 teenagers stayed here while visiting family. We specifically chose this hotel because of the pool and continental breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast was a joke. They do not allow you to get anything yourself, and there were not enough employees to get items for you. The breakfast was NOTHING like what was advertised by their web page.We ended up going out to breakfast for both days of our stay. It most certainly was NOT what was advertised on the website. It is July 2021, COVID policies have changed, masks no longer required. However, this hotel is still treating breakfast like it is July 2020. If the policies in a hotel have changed that should be advertised. We have stayed in numerous hotels over the last year and everyone has been extremely open about policy changes, except this one. The room was really nice. Plenty of space and we were placed at the end of the hall so the noise level was minimal. We paid $40 more a night than what was advertised one their web page. Unfortunately, due to the price and lack of communication, two of our people decided to stay elsewhere for the second night. We paid $60 more a night than we would have staying right across the street at the casino. Next time we are back in town we will be staying...
Read moreI usually stay at Hamptons but their elevator was broke so I chose this one. It sits back behind two vacant lots which seems odd at first but is away from the highway and quiet as a result . The pros for this place are good coffee , clean rooms ( at least ours was), and the most comfortable bed I have had in a hotel and the staff at the front desk were accommodating. The negatives were , cleaning staff didn’t speak any English so asking for extras had to be at the front desk. The breakfast was standard hotel fare which I cannot stomach other than the cereal. And the boxes were only half full which meant I had to eat two - no big deal. The utensils were so cheap and flimsy they were hardly usable. Parking was sufficient as truckers seem to stay there but at 200 a night I don’t know why or how. This place is only 6-7!yrs old so it is in great shape . Think this is a Patel family hotel which explains some issues. The TV channels are better than most hotels which carry sports and news. Although newer than others i don’t think it worth what they charge. Because they are located near the edge of town and the Oklahoma border food places aren’t walking distance other...
Read moreWe were in town to visit family for Thanksgiving. After all the food and crowded family, you just need a quiet relaxing night. This was one of our best stays, it's been awhile since I can actually say I had a wonderful stay. The checkin was smooth and easy, even though we had our puppy with us, I thought it was going to be a harder checkin. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful. Our room was a king size standard room. I worked at a hotel before so I ALWAYS check for the basics: the smell (especially if its nonsmoking), the sheet covers, the pillow covers, the towels, the shower, the draws. This place was spotless I couldn't even spot an error if I had too! It smelled nice, the pillows were feather soft and the MATTRESS is out of the world. It's not too soft and not too hard... just like goldilocks, it was perfect. My husband and I didn't want to get up at all. Basically if you are reading this review, the only down side was the pool's heater was broken during the time we stayed, but who needs a pool when you can just lay in bed after a big...
