Taqueria Michoacan Siloam — Restaurant in Siloam Springs

I have ate here a few times and now I will definitely never eat her again and I recommend you don’t either! My wife picked up food to go for us and they gave her the wrong order. She ordered a burrito bañado no onions they gave her a normal carne burrito with everything. I ordered fajitas and they didn’t give me tortillas. I called to see about getting this issue corrected, they did not care that they screwed up our order at all. I was put on hold for 12 minutes while the employees were in the background talking and having a good time. After 12 minutes they just hung up on me. Absolute terrible way to run a business. I asked the worker if they made the desserts aka the cheesecake that they sell if they make it in the restaurant, and he replied yes. I see the guy pull out a FROZEN box of cheesecake from the freezer in the front , and take it to the back. When they gave it to me , the cheesecake was given to me FROZEN , when I went into my car and took a bit I spat out pieces of paper from the frozen cheesecake. Something has recently changed here. The last two times I have gone my order has been incorrect.
